My Reviews
Random Agent Spoofer
Toggling on & off is clumsy Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Would love to have the RAS icon to also have a toggle on/off tickbox with the menu. It us cumbersome to have to go into about:addons in order to turn it off or turn it on all the time.
I think it's a bad design by omitting that.
Also update your browser list. Old browsers going back two or three years should not have options to use in there. In fact, you have TOO MANY (old) selections.
Redirector
Good extension, but would like old feature returned Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Been using this for years and have somewhat gotten the hang of configuring it for those annoying page redirects that I sometimes run into. Keep up the good work!
But is there a chance of adding back the "options button" back into the Extensions -> Add-ons Manager list?
This newer version has removed it. Having to access the Redirector rule list through yet another icon somewhere on the browser's main toolbar only clutters it up some more.
Thanks...
Classic Theme Restorer (Fx29-56)
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Absolutely indispensable.
Excellent addition to those who don't want to see junk like Australis and the limitations of customizing it. The developer is on top of issues all the time and his hard work should be appreciated.
I normally don't give 5-star reviews but this one deserves it.
Classic Toolbar Buttons [Fx45-56][Tb24-58]
Thanks for bringing this back Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The buttons in 14.0 are too small and they suck.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.2.1-signed).Google Disconnect
Rated 1 out of 5 stars
So developer, in effect, what you're saying is that if I already have Adblock running then this plug-in is pointless. There's no use in having it.
Well that's good to know. I'll be sure to tell the others that.
Google Disconnect
Nope, the review still stands Rated 1 out of 5 stars
And I still appreciate the warning whether you like it or not Foxtail. This sounds like a repeat of the old OptimizeGoogle plug-in from a couple of years ago. Good ideas that ultimately failed. You can see a review of that one in my profile.
Of course I have Adblock Plus already installed. Who doesn't? It's the first plug-in I have installed for any build of Firefox.
And since this plug-in's warnings are disabled by Adblock, I have no real way of knowing whether it's actively working in the background or not everytime I visit a webpage.
Maybe he should FIX THAT and then I'll raise my rating. Ya hear that, developer?
Anyway, I'm done here.
Google Disconnect
Thanks for the insight, Foxtail Rated 1 out of 5 stars
The Google Disconnect icon never appears so we don't know if this plug in works or not with Adblock enabled, now do we?
Sounds like another EPIC FAIL
Redirector
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Good add-on but no FF 10 support.
When will FF 10 be supported?
Status-4-Evar
Missing the Secure Lock icon Rated 3 out of 5 stars
It's almost there except it's missing the little Secure Lock icon that appears on my lower right whenever I reach a https:// site.
Please bring that back! Thank you.
OptimizeGoogle
Practically useless Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Google Instant has been out for months, yet this plug-in has not responded towards blocking it, requiring me having to go into Google's Advanced Search settings each session and manually changing it to "Do not use Google Instant" . The only other option to this is to keep Google's cookie in your browser, which defeats the whole purpose of this plug-in.
PS: The last comment on the developer's website was back in November of last year. Looks like this is heading towards abandonment.
Flashblock
Something's wrong Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I seem to remember to be able to left mouse click the down arrow on the Flashblock icon and be able to tick or untick "Allow flash from this site". Now it seems to be permanently ticked and won't allow me to toggle back and forth. What the hell's wrong?
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.13).Outlook 2003 Blue
We'd like an official 3.0.1 version, please.... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The last update was done in December, 2007. It is now 9 months later. I miss this skin!
DownThemAll!
I also only get thumbnails Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Like the guy right below me, I can now only download the thumbnails and not the full-size pictures behind them.
What gives? With the old version, I used to be able to it but since you added a new version, this capability is gone!
