This add-on is a must-have for people concerned about secure downloads. Unfortunately, the compatibility with Firefox v26 (latest) is definitely gone... Even the trick mentioned by SOYC does not work anymore. Any idea how to fix this, someone? Thanks in advance! This user has a previous review of this add-on.
This add-on is so useful those days (everybody is becoming extra careful about corrupted and infected downloads) that it should be a default functionality in Firefox... I have filed a request on http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=861684
I tried it, but did not see any usage improvement in comparison with a plain KeePass + Firefox password database combo... Caveat: after installing the add-on, you could have the unpleasant impression that it erased your entire Firefox password database, but in fact it didn't (sigh)... :-) Maybe this risky step could be a bit more explicit in the HOWTO section of this add-on. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1.2).
