CookieMonster allows to allow cookies per domain for session only by blocking all cookies as standard setting.
Self-Destruction Cookies extends this feature to allow cookies only as long as the tab is open, if you use the documented hidden feature.
That's what I was waiting for! Thank you.
Indeed, it suggests date and time information. But these suggestions are useless because they have nothing in common with the dates in the mails. What a pity. If it worked it where helpful. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4).
I thought this add-on was not maintained any more. Now I read with surprise and joy an answer from Albine. Did you decide to keep on maintaining this add-on?If so, great, because it generally still works with FF 24, except:
- As mentioned in another post the layout of the settings windows is not OK any more and therefore very inconvenient but still usable.
- Additionally AutoFillForms doesn't recognize HTML5 email form fields. As the developer wrote to me this can be easily fixed by adding it to the preferences in about:config

This is awesome. The PDF results are very good (not 100% perfect, but I tested many tools with mostly worse results) and the additional features make it a joy to work with the files.Just use the preliminary version for latest Firefox versions.
Thank you to the developer! Great work.
Firefox now has it's own inspect context menu entry but his add-on allows you to easily inspect context menu entries themselves!
Unfortunately e.g. the sub-menu for the spell checker dictionaries cannot be inspected.
The inspect entry is at the top of the context menu. I'd rather have it together with the inspect entry of Firefox. This add-on's entry cannot be moved with Menu Editor. I would appreciate this possibility.
A clear and light weight theme with buttons easy to identify.
I miss buttons for lightning.
Thank you very much.
This add-on gives the new Thunderbird look a much nicer appearance. The Firefox-like menu button is much nicer than the ugly original one. And the floating menu bar gives quick access to all items what I miss in the new Thunderbird menu.
Well, this add-on needs some more positive ratings! It is easy to configure, variable because you can configure it for each calender file separately, and the current version DOES purge automatically.
And the add-on is being maintained, so future versions will have more features!
I recommend it for every lightning user.
It is quite complicated for a "normal" user to get this add-on
going. But if you did it is helpful. For few forms to fill it is too much work. Unfortunately the programmers of forms are so "creative" that it is difficult to make profiles that fit for most forms.
But if you use the same forms often, the feature to automatically create a fitting profile is very helpful.
Simple and very helpful. Perfect! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3).
It doesn't work neither on youtube nor on vimeo. Since other users say it works there may be a problem with other add-ons.
After the developer fixed a serious bug this add-on works fine. Thank you to the developer. It is very helpful if you have many add-ons and want to test them. It replaces a very helpful feature of MrTech's Toolkit, which isn't being maintained any more.
I am curious about the planned new features, hopefully something like different profiles which allow to have different sets of add-ons activated with one click.
What makes it so special is, that the focus doesn't go to the tab to the left of the closed tab as Thunderbird normally does, but to the folder view to the very left.
It would be fantastic if this feature could be added for deleted tabs also.
This add-on is simply what it is called to be: a powerful search tool. Very helpful if you easily want to find messages. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.3).
A nice add-on, thank you!
The tabs don't show the name of the respective address book (just Adressbuch (German)) although the setting is checked. Would be nice if that worked.
There is no Customize Titlebar menu entry in TB 5 (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=673449)
Windows XP SP3
Can't find a toolbar button - and would like to have one :-)
Real good ... but:
Since I have very many search engines I use the "Organize Search Engines" add-on. This allows to organize the search engines in folders. It were great if Context Search RG could correspond with this add-on to show the folder tree. Otherwise it's too unclear.
Has become much more reliable since my last rating.
Advanced settings is complicated without help.
Very helpful when creating new messages from sent ones with many recipients.
Does anybody have experience, whether this add-on is compatible with TB5?
