Less is more.
It just works, perfectly.
It's so effortless, just install and that's it! works in the background and reserves my batter life!
5 star because of the full load of preferences to make it possible fitting in almost all themes. simply perfect! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.2).
I love this addon before and love it even more after the the author implemented the preferences panel! Now just look how powerful this thing is! Now I can completely hide my scroll bar.Another thought is that you can add option of a transparent box to the number, say a grey one with white thin border, clean look and works against any background.Well do I sound too demanding? sorry if I do, just a few thoughts though.
| edited May 29th: just thought of another function, which I kinda find useful, is that to click the numbers to bring up back to the top of the page. or of course you can add another button, but I fear it might defeat the current clean design.
Personally I put is in bottom right, so it's gonna be handy to be able to jump back to top with a single click, since we have no scroll bar now.
Yes, the default settings seemed ugly. But functionality wise, it's almost perfect. so 5 stars for sure!
Just wish you give us customization ability to change font color and background image.
This is really cool addon because it provide many high quality presets! I love Default2 for the most part because the changes are so subtle, no disturbance whatsoever, yet improved the overall quality of the UI.
Another nice trick is "style 3rd party extension icon". I've placed all of them in navigation bar, now they look unified and sharp!
Thanks Stratiform team! Keep up the nice work!
For its function, doubtfully brilliant.
I am further astonished by the ease of use and comprehensive, inviting yet gentle instructions.
Extremely great first impression.
For functionality, 10 stars won't be enough. (crtl+tab toggle, protect+lock mode, etc)
However, please provide better style as default setting. I removed several times because of the initial ugliness. I tried to find addon for aforesaid functions and failed, so that I had to spend some time tweaking it. Then I love it.
I mean, why give this unnecessary curve? make it more beautiful and subtle would be great!
good idea, but needs more tweaking.
can you provide some options? like font size, position, background, etc.
The reason why I asked for this is on my FF it's way smaller than your screenshot. Besides the transparency seems to be clunky as well.
initially thought 4 stars for functionality, but definitely 5 stars for providing the rich set of toggles and tweak possibilities! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.7).
Works like a charm on FF21. Does everything it says beautifully.
-1 for the autohide feature without transition or something like that, which made it strange to use.
it really frees up all the wasted real estate in the title bar! and it works like charm for FF21. thanks!
This small addon is light-weight, cute and lovely. Recommended for anyone who use addons a lot and hate the boring bottom addon bar.
I've been looking for something like this for ages! great!
This is a really fast and lightweight PDF reader. I love this! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.1).
The idea is great and it work fine. Just couldn't understand why it adds some ugly shadow above and below the tabs. removed for the ugliness not the function.
I've been wanting this function ever since Mozilla introduced the firefox button. Wish I found this addon sooner. And it works just perfectly.
One more request though is to be able to customize the width of the button, because right now it's ugly in big icon mode.
the TAB completion in chrome is one of the few features I loved over Firefox...... until I found this addon. It works like a charm and even simpler than Chrome. Can't live without it now. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.8.2).
feels really natural and useful!
Wish there's a button called "view in Wikipedia/Wiktionary" to open the webpage. That could be a time-saver as well.
