WARNING: Don't install the screengrab (fix version) by Alexander, he's a shady Russian hacker. Who has domains registered in China.
Screengrab was good while it lasted, I'm giving it a 2 star rating because it's no longer supported by the original developer. It was great while it lasted, no screencapture addon came close to it. (I'd say it was a 5 star addon.) Fireshot is way too bloated and gimmicky to compare to it.
Edit: Okay, so maybe it's not malware. I still think Alexander is a shady Russian hacker.
I support the new initiative of giving users the option of allowing non-intrusive ads, but I am dissapointed in the way they've went about implementing it. The "allow non-intrusive ads" checkbox in the filter menu is misleading because it doesn't do what you'd expect it to. (Simply un-checking it will NOT disable all ads.) Regardless if this is a forgivable offense, one must question what the developers will do next. Money was undoubtedly involved in the creation of the default whitelist. I don't kick them for this, I just wonder how long it'll take for them to sell out completely.
Here's to hoping someone out there is developing an alternative. It was nice while it lasted. So long adblockplus.
