Memory Hog Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Just discovered the source of my huge firefox memory use and CPU usage after it got to the point it was making firefox unusable. There's been a problem in the last couple versions of Firefox with this plugin. I only used it for the share button not too big of a loss..

Nice! Whoever created the original comment system that this plugin fixes is mad and this makes it nice again. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.55.1-signed.1-signed).
Firefox doesn't work when plugin is checking the network connection Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Firefox 7, Win 7 64-bit,
After I installed the plugin and restarted firefox, it starts, and very very very slowly goes through the startup motions but doesn't respond to mouse/keyboard. I disabled my network connection and firefox started responding again so I could remove the plugin -> seems to indicate problem is with network checking.
EDIT - I was able to get Firefox working properly with this plugin installed by first installing plugin and before restarting firefox I disabled my network connection. Then after Firefox restarted, I disabled the network checking for this plugin, then re-enabled my network - so far(5 minutes) no apparent issues, even after a Firefox restart. So it appears as long as I don't have the plugin checking the network speed, all will be well(but I don't care about that as I have a windows system tray icon program for that)
Wish the width of the plugin used less status bar width and removed unnecessary things like the "Ex" bubble. Also, would it be possible to display only the firefox memory usage(ie. separate out config for firefox and system memory usage)
PS: Apologies for the massive paragraph - for some reason editing a review removes the extra lines.
