So far, so good Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Works as advertised. Correct, sometimes blocks parts of legitimate site. I do not rely on provided add list but use Element Hiding Helper to select what I do not want to see. Do not quite understand why other are complaining about???This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.7.3).
Excellent add-on Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Download manager resurrection. One of a very few add-ons worth having. More customization will be appreciated (like controlling space between info shown while download is in progress) but that was resolved contacting developer who promptly advised how to do that through about:config.
Developer is very responsive and provides superb support!
Just great Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thank you to giving us back original Firefox. Developer keeps add-on app to date. With this add-on I can really enjoy Firefox after they messed up good browser. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.7).
App is great, support sucks Rated 3 out of 5 stars
App is indispensable. One of the reasons I keep Firefoxgarbage on my PC. 5/5
Unfortunately support sucks and it is nonexistent. I asked guy 2 questions and received zero answers. 0/5
What is the point of writing a code if you do not know to communicate with those who use and rely on it.
Excellent way to fight annoying ads Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works just great. Removes all yahoo garbage...
PLEASE: incorporate removal of damn annoying yahoo videos playing in your inbox if you have no mail in it. I hate this yahoos at yahoo coming with more and more band wasters...

Amazing. Trusty and very useful add-on is back! Thank you for reviving this add-on.
Only one question: how to adjust space between progress notification lines. Current space is too big. I have to set Download Item Size to 50 to see all 4 lines at text size 7. It used to be I could manipulate prefs.js but now it does not work. Make it as an option to adjust space between lines (even if they touch each other) and your add-on will deserve 10 starts!
Received prompt response from the author. After exchanging few e-mails he provided solution for my issue. NOW his add-on deserves all Kudos and it is worth all 5 stars and more. Thank you for reviving this great add-on.
Download Statusbar IS DEAD Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Even though this was one awesome addon to FF please understand that this add on is DEAD.
It will never be adapted to latest FF. SHAME.
STOP asking for updates.
Incompatible with Tab Mix Plus Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Incompatible with Tab Mix Plus. Shame. It will be nice addition to few add ons I use. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52-signed).
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I have to upgrade my previous review. As I stated before, this is one of the best add ons for Firefox but previous review was negative due to constant Nag screen. If you download a lot it really helps seeing what are you doing.
Nag screen (donate, donate) has stopped appearing! This ad on is back to all my PCs.
4 stars due to lack of support from the developer. Not one of my e-mail was answered. I suggested option to control line spacing between lines so you can have them tighter - no answer. I figured out myself; you have to go into prefs.js and search for >user_pref("downbar.style.db_progressIndicator< and play with the numbers there.

This used to be GREAT add-on used by many, many dedicated Firefox users.
To the author: if you do not remove nag screen (begging for money - how can you be so cheap, Firefox is all about free and not getting rich overnight) you will loose all loyal and future customers. No hacker will waste his/her time to patch your code. This is JUST add-on people can live without.
Some other add-ons do suggest that donation is appreciated but not one (at least which I use) is intrusive like yours. SHAME ON YOU!
Currently I am removing it completely. When you change your attitude and fix the code I will put it back. Enjoy your life… alone.
Works Great Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Good: Works perfectly with FF v7.0.1. Nice animated radar map. Decent customization. Plenty of weather icons.
Not so good: 'Display location name on toolbar' sort of does not work - have to play little bit more; no choice for different weather sources: accuweather.com might be accurate for USA but not for Canada, Europe...
I am diehard user of Weather Watcher so after further comparison will provide additional feedback.
Compatibility issue Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Yes, it is NOT compatible with v3.6.23 and it is a hell of a time to find previous version. Developer should keep at least few previous versions on his site and not only 'the latest and greatest'.
Otherwise it is great add-on which simplifies daily browsing. Something Mozilla should buy for big $$$ from developer and make it standard in all their browsers.
Changing speed colors issue Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great ad-on. Does exactly what Firefox should have by default.
The only issue I have so far:
- if you change speed colors while downloading and have bar height set to your own size, download bar reverts to some squishy default instead of just replacing speed colors.
