I've been using this addon for months, it's really nice design.
And comparing with then task bar on Windows, I think there might be one more choice to improve experience. Just make it possible to lock a tab on the bar as a bookmark, which can be closed for the low cost and quickly waken up by clicking the bookmark.
Persoally I think it's a useful feature if it can be added to the right click menu.
every time i restart the addon, one more search icon appears in my tab-bar, i costomize the bars before, it's not supposed to have so many icons...for now, more than 10 icons,, in firefox 6 ubuntu 11.10 alphaThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (1).
I find myself need such a tool to manage many tabs , so I chose Vertical Tabs .
Here's a screenshot I store on Google+ , I'd like to ask if the font may be clearer ?
And as a habbit , I hide nearly all Items , you can see that in the picture .
So seems need to be opetimised for such a situation , I need some tweaks .
while i type in "ikeepu" and "jiyinyiyong" ,,there'e two bookmarks i stored, one is ikeepu.com,the other is jiyinyiyong.blog.163.com,
i found that as i begin to type and it jump to the site inmediately,,,
but actually i'm going to type in ikeepu/tool to active another bookmark,
i'm running ff4.0 ubuntu11.04,i tried but the problem disappeared partly,
i dont know how to solve,so i had to disable that..
bty,,that's really fast, but i in low internet speed,,doesn't help that much as hoped.
i'm a chinese user with poor speed of network...so ,that influenced my feeling about using...i found it hard to lunch "the settings",also hard to get the address of the page, which i hope will be take into consideration..totally i agree that's a new concept of using browser and i really enjoy that in some degree, wishing "home dash" stronger. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1).
