A very good and useful addon. But I noticed a strange bug.
When this addon is activated, and a new tab is opened in the background (right click on a link - open in a background), the page scrolls down by itself, it scrolls down about 50 pixels.
But this only happens when the page was already scrolled down. It starts happening when a page was scrolled down about 30-50 pixels.
If you need any additional information, I'll gladly provide it.
System: OS X Mavericks, Mac Book Pro.
Just wanted to say a big Thank You again for sorting out this issue with the swipe gestures. It works flawlessly. I used Opera before mostly because I could just swipe left/right and load the next page. Your extension is great. I continue using it, and it is one of my favorite addons. This user has a previous review of this add-on.
An addon that I needed for a long time. Works without glitches. Thanks a lot. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.53).
Hello. Great addon, but after the update it only shows a picture Once(any picture you hover above). Just only Once.
After you move the cursor away the addon shows the yellow exclamation mark when you hover above the same picture again.
Plz, implement the functionality of this addon - https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/awesomer-bar/?src=search
Search engine icons in the address bar are urgently needed!
Update would be highly appreciated! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.4). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
So is anybody going to continue the development of this addon? This is the only addon in the whole catalog that does the stuff I need.
Simple and useful.
Interesting idea, but the addon itself is buggy as hell. Unusable.
I like this addon. The only thing that confuses me is the fact that after the installation it starts to download ALL the letters from the email accounts.
I don't want it to do this. I want it only to check for the NEW letters, that's it. How can I prevent the addon from downloading all the letters?
Also, the icon looks really awful. If there are no messages there is an empty space to the right of the icon:
If there are messages, the icon still looks awful:
Plz, do something.
One more thing: Make an option to turn off this annoying 'Are you sure you want to delete this message?' confirmation dialog.
Good addon. Works great in Firefox 13. I think you should not stop working on it. It's been a year since the last update.
Simply the Best. 5 stars without any doubt. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.29).
Great idea! Keep it up.
Making stacks like in Opera would be a cool feature too (if it is possible to implement).
Not working with Firefix 13.0.1
It just never works for me on YouTube. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52).
Great addon. Is it possible to add an option of going Forward/Back by pressing Alt and making a swipe gesture (with two fingers)?
This would be extremely useful for people who use laptops with touchpads.
Upd: And how in the world do we set up the mouse gesture support? I didn't find such an option in the addons settings.
I asked you some time ago how did you set up Tab Scope to show the upper-left corner of a page as it is shown on your third picture.
If it is possible to set it up like this I believe you should share this information, and add this info into the description section. If it is NOT possible I think you should delete the third picture in order not to confuse users!
This addon is good, but it blocks Clearly and two above-mentioned addons on lefigaro.fr.
These addons don't work even if AdBlock Lite is Turned Off. They work only if AdBlock Lite is deleted from addons.
BTW, I just accidentally found out that Clearly can be triggered by pressing CTRL + Swipe Right on a touchpad.
Information like this is REALLY useful for people who have laptops with touchpads, so maybe you should add this information into the description section?!
And I expect you're working on that LeFigaro problem I mentioned earlier.
Edit: The problem with Le Figaro is solved. The conflict was caused by this addon - https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/adblock_lite
Somehow it blocks Clearly (and also Readability and iReader) on lefigaro.fr.
Overall I'm really content with your addon, and I like how the additional scripts work, but there is the 'Auto-detect link' script which doesn't seem to work on every site where 'Space Next' addon works without any trouble.
Can you have a look inside the script's code and make some changes to it to make it as efficient as 'Space Next' is?
