I'm using the Selenium IDE to automate my web browser. This extension offers the easiest way to add conditional logic and other "complicated" features to my "tests". Thank you!
Reporting that this extension [VBA Formatter v. 1.0.4] works with Firefox 12, the generated VB worked with the Excel 2007 in combination with the SeleniumWrapper 188.8.131.52.
I did find a bug, the formatter doesn't convert the Selenium command "pause" into something useful in VB. My simple script choked, but it was easy enough to work around that.
Well, I'm going to check out if I can use the formatter and provided wrapper to get something going with Selenium and MS Access.
I've been using this addon for awhile now and I like how convenient it is to use. The new version doesn't offer the option to open write area in a separate window, so half the time I can't use it. Most text areas with special effects added to them to grow or shrink, simply disappear or go absolutely crazy when the write area tries to take them over. I used to be able to resolve this problem by having write area open in a pop up window but I can't do that anymore. Anyway, I still use this addon because it's convenient, even though about half the use cases I had for the older version no longer work.
:D This is AMAZNG! :D
I didn't know if you'd update it for FF 4 but you did!! THANK YOU!!
YOU ARE AWESOME! :D
I have been looking everywhere for a program that will help me develop extensions for firefox, or standalone XULRunner applications. So far, this extension looks like the best option besides using a plain text editor. I like that there is a selection menu for so many items, and a menu for each item selected. It is very easy to set the attributes for the items in a XUL document when using this extension. This is nice :D I had to uninstall this extension though, because every time I use it my processor gets extremely hot and my laptop starts cooking anything underneath it (my um... lap). I don't know what's going on when I fire up this extension, but if it didn't give me blisters I'd use it all the time. :D
Thank you for your work :D I hope you continue developing this extension :D
I read that you're working on integrating a code highlighter. I use this one in my testing environment http://softwaremaniacs.org/soft/highlight/en/ I don't know if that will help you or not, but it's easy to set up and use for most of my projects. I think it would be really cool to have an extension for writing code, that somehow allowed for language definitions and other such plugins... sort of like eclipse or netbeans, but tied to firefox and firebug. It's very complicated I'm sure, but it would be awesome. :D
