When Firefox starts, I have it set so it shows my windows and tabs from last time. The problem I’m having is that whenever I open Firefox, the first tab (on the farthest left) never zooms (fit-to-width) despite all the other tabs zooming just fine. It’s not a huge bug, but it’s a bit irritating to always have to copy the link from the first tab into a new tab to get the zoom to work correctly.
Edit: I've figured out a temporary fix, and that's to just leave an empty new tab page on the far left.
Edit2: 10.5 still hasn't fixed it for me. In the meantime, I'll just keep using that empty tab while I wait for a fix. Thanks.

I found a fix for when a popup window opens, causing the the tabs to shift left over the Firefox menu button:
First, you need to set new windows to open in a new tab in the Firefox options.
Second, in about:config, change the browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction value to 0.

Absolutely love it! Simple and yet eye pleasing. Blends well with Windows 7 Aero theme.
Just one small annoying thing: When I click with middle mouse button so I can scroll a page, the mouse button looks distorted.
