Nested Child issue is not resolved for me (OS X 10.8.5, Firefox 34.0.5, Tree Style Tab 0.15.2014120101) Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I can nest tabs as children, but when restarting Firefox, all tabs are lined up in one long list. It is due to an incompatibility with another add-on. I deleted all other extensions, except Tree Style Tab and I can confirm it working now on the latest Firefox 34.0.5 with version Version 0.15.2014120101 of Tree Style Tab.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.15.2014120101.1-signed). Cannot nest tabs anymore in Firefox 34.0.5 Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Cannot nest tabs anymore. I'm on Firefox 34.0.5 and installed Tree Style Tabs version 0.15.2014120101. Please fix. Seems just to work temporarily while setting it up, but after relaunch of Firefox all tabs are in a long un-nested list. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.15.2014120101.1-signed). Thanks for bringing back the EASY choice of default search engine (since the December 2014 update of Firefox) Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks so much. I was missing that little arrow for the pulldown menu. Your add-on brings back what I used to love. Seeing all those icons in the new Firefox is crazy - with 40+ search engines installed. DANKE!!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1-signed).
Confirmed not working on Mountain Lion with latest Firefox Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2
Screeshots don't show up on desktop. Uploading makes the indicator spin endlessly. Please fix this soon - love the plugin !!
Very good with one small danger on the Mac using the contextual menu Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I love it - basically. Could not live without it anymore. I found that the best setting is to have it at the tab position at the "Rightside" and choose the skin "Mixed".
I found some glitches in version 0.14.2012050301
1. When on the right side "Auto hide tab bar" does not really work.
2. But here's the most dangerous problem - if you're a Mac user. You know on the Mac, when you right click (Control-click) -- the contextual menu window stays open and you can let go of the mouse. Then you normally can take your time and safely select what you want to do and click the selection. However here with this Firefox add on the menu MAY not stay open and it will immediately select AND EXECUTE the menu item where you have been hovering over at the moment when you let go of the click. The only situation where it behaves like on a Mac is when you happened to be with your cursor OUTSIDE of the menu when clicking. Unfortunately - often - the cursor is INSIDE the menu already with all the immediate and potentially nasty consequences...
I have compared the behavior of the contextual menu here with the contextual menu in Finder on the Mac. The Mac always creates the contextual menu AWAY from the cursor. That would be the solution here too. I sure hope this gets updated soon because currently I sometimes "Close" some tabs by accident :(
For Info: I'm also using the extension "Multiple Tab Handler" - maybe this is related? I'm on Mac OS X 10.7.4 Lion using Firefox 13.0.1.
Cannot drag link from address field on to list icon to save URL Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Firefox 9.0.1 on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 on MacBook Air late 2011.
When I drag a link from the address field to the toolbar icon representing a list or a tag -- it won't record. This used to work in earlier versions. I tried to drag the favicon and I tried to drag the full URL but none gets saved. I refreshed all and checked in the side bar. I logged out and back in but the links won't get saved by drag and drop :(
Workaround is to "manually" click the "add" button and select the desired list from the menu and hit save. Please fix!
Open tab in new window Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I sometimes need to see two pages side by side. Therefore it would be great to have a menu item like "Open tab in new window" -- possible? This is increasingly useful with all those web applications out there, like GoogleDocs, blogs, etc where I need to compare text, data. Like on the desktop where you can have multiple windows open side by side...This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2009073101).
