needs more contrast Rated 4 out of 5 stars
i really love the theme, but i have a few issues. first off it needs more contrast. i can barely see which tab is active unless i have my screen tilted the right way, and all of the lights turned off. the active tab should really jump out at you and right now it doesn't stand out at all. i have a similar problem with the scrollbar. it's just kinda brown on brown and sometimes if i'm looking at a really long page it's hard to find the bar. i like the patterns and all, but again it's a contrast issue. i mean, i can see the bar and all, but i actually have to divert my attention and look for it. maybe if the leaves on the scrollbar background were green instead of brown, it'd be easier to see the bar. dunno, just throwin' it out there.
also, it's kinda minor but, the big giant search button, with the kanji on it and the wave gif that plays on mouseover, it's cool and all, and if you insist upon putting it in your theme i really can't stop you, but i can't say that it adds a whole lot. it's not even really a minor annoyance, just kinda throws me off a little, but not a huge problem.
but yeah if you fix the contrast issues with the tabs and scrollbar, i'd definitely give it 5 stars.
delets non-duplicates on it's own... Rated 2 out of 5 stars
the first thing i want to say is that when i first used this add-on i used the find duplicates function. it worked like a charm, brought up a list of duplicate bookmarks, and let me select which folders i wanted to delete them from. no problems there.
the problem came when i tried to organize my bookmarks (just normal firefox Organize Bookmarks, no fancy add ons or anything). i had a folder of about 300 different various bookmarks, i know that there were maybe 3 or 4 duplicates (6 tops) but no more than that. i started moving the bookmarks into new folders, roughly 75 a folder until the original was empty, i highlighted the first 75 bookmarks, and moved them into the first folder, it found a couple dupes and deleted them, i moved a couple more bookmarks to bring it up to 75. then i moved the second batch of 75 bookmarks into a new folder, again, it found a bunch of duplicates so i moved some more files, and it found some duplicates... after a couple times i had a second folder with 75 bookmarks but i knew that something was up. by the third folder i noticed that pretty much anytime i went to the new folder to make sure everything had transferred it would find 2-4 duplicates, and then delete about 8-10 bookmarks. i have no clue why it was doing this, but the third folder seemed to delete any bookmarks after 67..... it seemed like when i first navigated to the folder and shift-clicked on the first and last bookmarks (to select them all) it would just delete a bunch off of the top when it found a couple "duplicates". now technically i could have avoided this by disabling the feature which automatically deletes new duplicate bookmarks, but this add-on isn't supposed to just eat my bookmarks for no reason, so i shouldn't have to disable part of the program to use it. and i know that i didn't have like 32 duplicates in that folder, so i don't know why it detected and deleted so many. i don't have any other add-ons installed/enabled that do anything with the bookmarks, so it's something with the latest stable version of this add-on that i got from the developers website.
luckily i had backed up my bookmarks beforehand so whatever was lost can be easily restored, and i suppose that i can run the program to find duplicate bookmarks as that didn't seem to go drastically wrong, but if i do continue to use this add-on i'm avoiding the "automatic deletion of new duplicates" function, as it seems to just want to eat my bookmarks if i try to organize them.

this is a helpful add-on but it would be infinitely better if it could create folders and automatically sort specific domains into it. i.e. putting all of my wikipedia links into a wikipedia folder, youtube links into a youtube folder, etc. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6.4).

i've been using the "Fancy" variation of this theme for easily a year if not longer. very good theme. dunno what the other reviewer is talking about, this theme doesn't "impose a miniature font" on the "entire interface".This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.4).
