Would be good if this could be updated so that the space used by on-screen Android buttons is also exploited.

Phony

restart required Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It only takes effect upon quitting and restarting Firefox (I'm using Firefox Mobile v. 23 beta). This is quite frustrating and would be much more convenient is the change took place instantly.

Auto Fullscreen

W Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It's a bit unpredictable.
I would like something like this, except that it could be customised so that the location bar would appeat upon pressing the menu button (like the old Gingerbread Android browser did), instead of relying on swipes. It would also be good to be able to customise whether to show the Android status bar or not, instead of going completely full-screen.

Search Site

Nice add-on, but it causes by Navigation Toolbar to be stretched vertically. Could you fix it so that it doesn't do that? Thanks.

Context Search

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Could you add the feature for one-click access to your default search engine just like "Context Search RG" allows?

Thanks!

Context Search RG

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Nice - I like the on-click access to your default search engine that "Context Search" doesn't have.

One problem I noticed is that it doesn't display separators like "Context Search" can (separators are added with the "Organize Search Engines" extension).

PS: as another commenter mentions, you can't search from a text box - the alternative "Context Search" add-on can search from text boxes, so obviously this useful feature isn't impossible to implement.

Zoom Page

nice simple addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Nice simple add-on that is so fundamental that it should be built into Firefox! love the 1-click reset zoom!

A suggestion: The icon for "Zoom Page" in the FF4 Add-ons Manager is of the + and - buttons above the % indicator. Could you add an option to make the toolbar button look just like that? It would make the controls nice and compact and suitable for the main toolbar (currently it's most suitable on the add-on bar IMO).

Chromifox Extreme

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This theme is ok, but it misses out some things that Chrome does well.

One of those being that Chrome uses the principles of "Fitt's Law" very well (http://blogs.msdn.com/jensenh/archive/2006/08/22/711808.aspx). e.g. in Chrome if you move the mouse to the extreme left screen edge beside the back button, then the back button will be active. similarly, is is quicker to switch tabs in chrome because they are at the top of the screen you can just throw your mouse to the top of the screen, and your mouse positioning doesn't have to be so accurate. This add-on does not actually put the tabs at the very top row of pixels of your screen either, therefore loses IMO the best benefit of having tabs at the top.

Great add-on. I found a little bug though:

when you zoom greater than 100% the scroll bars also zoom with the page when using your theme. Please can you change it so that it just uses the standard Firefox toolbars and don't modify them!

Absolutely fantastic add-on - works great on Windows 7! IE8's appearance is much prettier out of the box than ugly Firefox! It even adds features from IE that I miss, like tab grouping and a zoom control!

One request that would make it complete: could you show some text beside the Zoom control to show what the current zoom level is (just like in IE) - I like to be able to see immediately the current zoom level.

Glazoom

Good but make it SMALLER!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

love the plugin, but like other reviewers cannot you make the status bar height less?

I would like to be able to use the 'spinbuttons' or 'two magnifying glasses' settings with the same status bar height as when using the 'I don't want buttons at all' view?

Personal Menu (Personal Firefox Button)

good, but some suggestions Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Quite good, but would be better if it had the option of making the icon small - I would like to add some of the buttons to he Bookmarks Toolbar, but the large icons increase the size of this tolbar.

Another good feature to have would be to also show the 'unsorted bookmarks'.

Bookmarks Menu Tool Button

at last!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

exactly what I was looking for! Useful as icons are smaller and I have the Menu Bar hidden.

Hide Menubar

Auto-hide? Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I like this add-on. However, a nice feature would be the ability to customise how it is hidden and shown. One nice way would be if the menu bar was automatically shown if you moved the mouse to the top of the page, and then hidden again if the mouse was moved back into the web-page that you are viewing.

Additionally it could configure auto-hide behaviour for the bookmarks toolbar, creating a really nice, clean and uncluttered interface.
