Without filtering or sorting capabilities, it's next to useless.
There is no need to install the Status-4-Evar add-on. That statement in a previous review is erroneous. It works fine without it. You can access all the text transformations from the context menu, and the add-on's settings interface can be accessed from the Tools menu.
Confusing UI. Can't scroll down to see the remainder of the pages. Pretty much unusable. I do like the app on Android, though. I was wanting something to be able to collect all the bits of disparate info, like I use OneNote on my laptop.
Crashed the browser twice within 5 minutes of installing. Needless to say, it is now uninstalled. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52).
Works well. But I have to take away one star, as it lack the clipping memory of the original. With that, you could copy several clippings into the clipboard, then paste them elsewhere, in whatever order you wanted. That saved having to continually switch between source and target for each clip. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.2).
Crashes all the time. Got tired of having to close the error message alerts. Uninstalling. Author apparently no longer supports it.
Version tweak works fine. Didn't experience any of the problems another user mentioned.
While the Extended Copy Menu can do the same thing (except it won't trim leading and trailing spaces), the reason to use this is that it works with AutoCopy. I do massive amounts of copying text into form fields, and the AutoCopy/CopyPlainText combo is a lifesaver.
Does exactly as advertised, and does it well. What more can you ask for?
Did not "break my profile" in any way. There's always one, though, isn't there?
There are 10 messages in my gmail account, 3 of them unread, and spam is empty. Why is this reporting that I have 19 messages? Completely useless. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.3.1).
Unfortunately, this is flawed in a manner that makes it unusable. When a site contains code to change the tab icon (to indicate a status change, for example), this extension prevents the tab from being updated. The old version did not have this flaw. Only toolbar and menu items that you set with it were affected. This add-on affects sites you never set it for. It's a shame someone hasn't simply done a straight port of the original. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.0.5).
