Thanks very much ! Since how much time i was searching for that kind of extension ! :D :snif:

Suggestion : can you just please add its icon (on the status bar) on both the mozilla addons' website and to the tab where you see all your addons

Thanks and once more thanks!

Fasterfox

This version isn't anymore develepped BUT update to Firefox 3.5 exists Rated 3 out of 5 stars

A good starting version that i used with firefox 2.0 but that isn't anymore developped . Now I use a very updated version (works witth firefox 3.5 and probably will work with higher) that BigBrent developps called Fasterfox Lite :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/9148

I really recommend it because it removes the full prefetching feature of the original fasterfox that was causing so much problems and kicks and bans ...

So that is a good update to answer you ! Bye .

YSlow

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

After restart firefox once i installed the proposed yslow for firefox 3.5 i noticed a buggy behaviour : you can click in all buttons (grade , components ...) it don't work and only give you the performance mark 0 or 100 . If anyone who either installed this version has the same problem or is it only me ?

p.S : does PageSpeed addon (same than yslow but by google) only suggest rules to tweak the page load time or can it change rules of page loading (like Ylows rulests V2 instead of Classic V1) ?

YSlow

My problem solved but not thanks to Yslow 2.0b4 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

My problem solved thanks to Firebug 1.4b7 : i'll explain it , it may be also another's problem : the first problem was that always when I open Yslow with Firebug you have to refresh the page to make Firebug working and Yslow too , but that's not the main problem . The main problem was once i refreshed the page instead of reducing firebug , i closed it , and i have seen that thanks to firebug 1.4b7 release that clearly show an "off" button on the red cross to close : so don"t do it ! Only reduce firebug/Yslow !
Except of that , i think the yslow 2.0b3 release modified on rapidshare proposed below by poblone should have worked great for me too.

To end with glad to see yslow isn't dead and released a 2.0b4 release as others say.:D and good holydays good summer ! Bye .

SkipScreen -- download helper, now for sale...

SkipScreen -- download helper, now for sale...

Great addon but you can difference free/premium users Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Excellent addon exactly do what it says ! Skips lot of loadings unuseful !

However , and i hope it'll be fixed , you could enhance the fact that they are free users and premium users as Trishers said. And create different rules in each case (and even if possible auto detect in what case the user is (free or premium) and after auto apply its designed rules
)

i'll recommend this addon !

Adblock Plus

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love this addon ! (I noticed it don't find so much ads than before I added NoScript , before BoScript is also helpful indirectly against ads ... ).

YesScript

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I think somebody with half of his brain well-running can't say YesScript is better than NoScript : I will explain myself :
With YesScript you have a blacklist , so when the user when goes on a website identified as bad or dangerous and see it's dangerous he's very glad to say " Thanks to YesScript I avoided a Bad thing ! " . Now all of you , imagine that this same user goes on a bad website not identified by YesScript , it's very probable (porn , hack ... ) because a blacklist can't be full (think nowadays the number of websites existing over the world ! xD) . So , to return to his case , the user will think " Yeah ! it's a safe hacking (for example ) site ! Hahaha I'm the master of the world " : he will enter in this site , won't he ?
That's the main failure of this addon , whereas , if you're visiting the same site with NoScript , and you see (for example ) 15 javascript blocked , the page will probably (95% of cases ) open without them , so the user will conclude : " it's a bad sirte , I've to be careful ! What I wanna do , is it really more imortant than my safety : it will depend of the cases , the users' experience (see WOT addon ) and ....
What's more , with a weak or 2 of experience , I think a user can easily difference bad javascripts (which begin by adsomething , doubleclick .com , or advertisingstuff .com or else ...) and Noscript configured won't ask you for what to do in secure sites anymore !

So any , To concludfe with , Does anyone with half a brain can say yesCript is better in security than NoScript ?? ( It was a nice tale , wasn't it ?)

Web of Trust - WOT

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Perfect ! Really original and clever to rate a site and have an idea on it (viruses , spam , spywares , ... or , great site , useful ... ) by the users' experience and even websites ! I love this idea !

Flagfox

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great! I think it's a good thing to have an idea of the site you're visiting , isn't it ?

Fasterfox Lite

I removed Firetune + backup to default but my problem didn't solve Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Hi , it's babaob3

I don't know why i can't edit more than one review so i put my previous problem here and after my answer :

My problem was :
"Excellent addon ! I start using it in firefox 2.0 and with firefox 3.0 and now 3.5 , I was very glad to see it's still kept i developpement !
I'll just ask a question : when i choose my "Custom" settings ( I just modify connections to [40/16/16/16] and pipelining to [8] ) it saves this configuration while i don't close firefox but as soon as I close firefox , when i restart it later I EVER have to set once more this options and then press ok what's quite annoying (I run with Fasterfox 3.6.3Lite)"

Hope you'll fix this or maybe give me more explanations. "

And this is my answer : I removed Firetune + backup to default but my problem didn't solve

" It's once more me . I remebered indeed i was previously using firetune before fasterfox lite. Now i did a backup to default profile and removed it because i don't use it anymore. However that doesn't solved my problem. What i can only say , is that i'm running on Vista and had the same problem with another Vista while it didn't occur on a Windows XP with a few addons.
In my Windows Vista , on Firefox 3.5 (now 3.5.1) i have several addons but anyone except fasterfox lite that can modify my internet connection settings . So my problem didn't solved but don't matter now o run with Turbo Charged and i think it's better than the config i wanted [40/16/16/16] like Tweak Network Settings .

So thanks for all :) Continue your work ! "

So that's it! :) Continue your work :) !
