Nice, but incompatible with Pale Moon browser Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I've been using RES for months in Firefox (which tells you how much I value it - I quickly delete add-ons I don't use or don't like), but my Firefox was getting corrupted and so I've temporarily switched to Pale Moon (a pre-Australis fork of Firefox). The latest versions of RES don't work with Pale Moon - the most recent version I could find that does work is 220.127.116.11.1. I'm guessing the incompatibility is due to changes made to support Australis, but who knows? At any rate, as Firefox becomes more and more bloated, I suspect more users will migrate to Pale Moon and/or other forks like Cyberfox, and so it would be nice if we could count on RES being there for us when we do. Any chance of fixing this incompatibility? This review is for a previous version of the add-on (18.104.22.168-signed).
Almost compatible with 7.0.1 Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I've used this add-on for years... love it! But I recently upgraded Firefox to version 7.0.1 (Windows Vista). I had to hack the .rdf file to use this add-on with the new Firefox, but it seems to work for the most part. There are two problems I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed, though: 1) CacheViewer no longer shows previews in the upper left pane for image files in the file listing; 2) right-clicking on an item in the list brings up the context menu, but the background of the menu is transparent and the menu options are quite difficult to read (they still work, though). This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.3).

Talk about fixing what ain't broke! I cannot imagine why the Firefox team removed this functionality in 3.5.
Thanks for the add-on to work around this major artificial bug in Firefox 3.5's interface.
