Working perfectly well Rated 5 out of 5 stars

With my FF v13.0.1 it's working exactly as it should. Double click (set on the wheel on my mouse) pastes nicely. Thanks!!

I just tested this add on and it's working as it should with FF v3.5.5. If you want a detailed information about the various options just check out developer's web page -->menu documentation.

Thank you to the developer for the good work!
NB: It would be great if one could paste automatically the clipboard content in the search / address (url) bar WITHOUT having to left click first.

@vinc17: No need to do step 3. type backspace to clear the highlighted text...

@Fei Jai: Why do you need to middle click the magnifying glass? Just do as vinc17 described without step 3. (optional)...

I tried it out (FF v3.5.5) and it's working exactly as it should.
In order to understand the various options don't forget to check out the developer support page --> menu Documentation.

@vinc17: You don't need to type backspace to clear the current text but left click is needed.

NB for the developer: it would be great not to have to left click in order to paste in the search or address (url) bar.

@Fei Jai: Why to middle click the magnifying glass? Just left click once in the search bar and then middle click to have the highlighted content be replaced by the clipboard content you want to paste... Then press enter or left click know the magnifying glass button.

Except what I've pointed out in above it's a great working add-on. Thanks for the good work!

TabGroups Manager

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Great add-on but unfortunately still very buggy at present.

I like to combine TabGroups Manager with Tab Mix Plus and with Tree Style Tab. All 3 add-ons give unique and powerfull features which you cannot miss once you have taken the time to learn how to setup and use them.

BUT there are many bugs left and even showing up once you update FF or some add-ons since apparently the developpers do not take care of what the other developpers are doing. I know it must not be easy to coordinate but it remains a big problem for the users.

After I had during months 2 empty tabs appearing again when I used to close the last tab, I finally found the latest version 2009.06.19.01 which seems to correct this bug related to Tab Mix Plus.

I don't understand why the updates are not proposed automatically and why there's absolutely no mention of it on the main page. So one have to dig deeper and explore the link at the extreme bottom of the page 'View Older Versions' in order to actually get the latest ones... Not good at all !!

Besides I recently updated (automatically as usual) various add-ons and now every time I reopen FF I have 2 windows instead of only one (which was left when I closed it the previous time). Where is the bug ?? Always the same problem since it happens only with combined use of the 3 add-ons I mentioned above...

And last but not least I can confirm what buergi wrote because I experience the same type of problems again and again. The saving of the sessions / hibernated groups is utterly unreliable !!!

I wish the developpers stay at work to reach an adequate quality of their apps.

Fox Splitter (formerly Split Browser)

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Basically a very good and useful idea which should be really improved though... :-(
I really tried to use it and I invested a lot of time to test and try to understand all the problems the present version (0.5.2008101801) is creating. I had to come to the conclusion that it's definitely not a mature add-on at present but it could become if the developper takes the time to continue the started work. I wish it!
2 examples of bugs: the option "show split options if the shift key is pressed is not working" since the button still always continue to shop up automatically when one edge of the content area is pointed to. If a new window is opened after having clicked on a java script based link and this new window is splitted then it becomes impossible to close the split again since the whole toolbar is missing...
