didn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Installed the add-on and it didn't do anything that I could tell. Same as, I went to twitter and all the shortened urls still showed. I even tried right-clicking a shortened URL and there was no option in the context menu either.

nice idea, but fix this: Rated 3 out of 5 stars

excellent idea for an extension -- I've been looking for something like this for a long time. ColorfulTabs is useless because it's random, ChromaTabs is much better because it changes the colour based on the favicon, but this one is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to use this to separate the tabs I have open that are work related, and the ones that are open that are personal or for fun.

The only problem is that there is a huge flaw: You can only set the colour of the tab that is IN FOCUS. You cannot right-click another tab that is not in focus and set the colour. Doing that will change the tab that is in focus, no matter which tab you right-click. Please fix this.

Also, some sort of custom colour picker would be nice. The colours currently available are super tacky and when you select blue, it makes it hard to read the black text on it.

Maybe give the option for the user to create custom categories and give them colours rather than just simply say Red, Blue, Green, etc.
So Red can be Work, Green can be Play or Fun, Blue can be Personal, etc etc. Obviously the user should be able to specify whatever text they want.

Another idea would be to give the option to change the colour of the text as well.

Other than that.. keep up the good work. It will be an great extension once you fix at least my first suggestion.

damn... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Aww damn! I made a standalone executable that did this about a year ago, and decided to make a firefox extension to do the same thing and DAMN, you did it... and better. I was in the middle of the extension development when I found your extension.
