I might be the pickiest person I know when it comes to HTML validation. I have been willing to pay $150 for the CSE HTML Validator in the past because it would catch nesting errors that other validators would miss (it's still great for batch validations). But I don't need that any more - I have something better - the Firefox Html Validator.
It's so darn convenient that I can test my site and just glance at the little icon at the bottom of each page to look for HTML errors. They have made great strides forward in the past few months and now I rely on it for everything. Except for batch validations, this is going to put every other validator out of business.
The suggestions for how to fix errors are often very insightful and relevant. It teaches you how to write good HTML as you use it.
And speaking of using it, that's my only complaint. Now that it's so easy to write valid HTML, why doesn't everyone do it? There is no longer any excuse!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating this!
