Wikipedia Appeal Remover

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I downloaded it almost reflexively as soon as I saw the title. It's one of the most if not the most intrusive distraction on the web these days. Now, he's got his wife doing the pleading... Thanks!

Thank you very much for providing the incredibly useful, effective tool that ‘Right to Click’ is in resolving the vexing annoyance of sites that take control of YOUR computer away from you, to their benefit, to your detriment.

The issue of web sites disabling the right click menu, functionality of specific right click menu items is one that does not get much attention, information thereof far and few between. I suppose most users just don’t bother to resolve this most vexing annoyance of sites that hijack your browser to take control of what you can or can not do with YOUR computer to their benefit, to your disadvantage.

For example, sites like Flickr disable the right menu to prevent you from saving images to your desktop, the option to “save image” prevented by Flickr from appearing in the menu. It’s not that I can’t save the image by other means. I could save any Flickr image by extracting it from a copy of a screen page.

But it’s not about utilizing alternative methods to achieve your objectives as much wresting, regaining full control of MY computer away from the very arrogance, audacity of sites like Flickr to deny ME what is MINE.

Please avoid this insidious piece of crapware!
As conveyed in previous reviews avoid this add-on like the plague. I've uncovered unauthorized downloads, several incidents of malware I've tracked down to Keep-Tube, the worst aspect is that it is extremely difficult to delete, the folder, files for Keep-Tube hidden away and unless you are proficient in advanced Firefox features you will be unable to rid yourself of this piece of stealthy crap. Toolbar

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I've seen all the horrendous reviews preceding my own review here nevertheless I feel compelled to warn everyone to please stay away from anything related to is the most malicious, pernicious sort of malware imaginable, the toolbar exponentially so.

YouTube mp3

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've run the gamut of all the various You Tube mp3 add-ons, scripts out there and I've found You Tube mp3, the easiest, least obtrusive tool available.

Open With

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

What I'd like to know, really like to know, how, "Open With" managed to itself on my computer without permission having never heard of it. I just noticed it having been installed when I scanned through my extensions list. I wouldn't care if it was the answer to all my dreams.I would never use your extension under circumstances having encroached upon, surreptitiously invaded my computer and without permission installed your extension, I don't know what options I have in stopping from doing this to me, others

I would change the title of this add-on to "Really Great Privacy" and give it ten stars if I could. These new flash super cookies are embedded, saved on your hard drive with no way of removing them. I had to delete my Firefox profile and start brand new with "Better Privacy" deleting flash cookies every time Firefox is restarted. Otherwise, they remain permanently on your computer.

Auto Pager is simply great! A must-have!

The various Auto-Paging tools I've come across over the years have never survived compatibility with the all too many numerous Firefox add ons I love to install, Auto Pager being the very first exception.

I absolutely love how Auto Pager's renders sites' ability to stretch articles across too many multiple short-drift individual pages, utterly useless, replaced by a single easily scrolled page that makes for much more pleasant, speedier browsing experience.

Chrome View

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Chrome View does exactly what it says it does and does it very well.
I tested the Chrome button out on various sites each time performing flawlessly without the slightest hesitation.

After restarting Firefox click on View>Toolbars> Customize, drag the Chrome icon from the opened window onto the Toolbar, close the Customize Toolbar.

I've updated my review as of April 2, 2009 to reflect the most recent state of ineffectiveness in which Google's very own counter-programming continues to eviscerate this once glorious, five- star add-on to non-significance.

With each passing day I discover more and more features disabled to the point where I have now uninstalled Customize Google hoping to replace it with as many individual grease monkey scripts I can find.

Thanks for the good job you've done!

This is an extraordinary tool , extraordinarily well conceived, implemented that is a must-have.
As convenient, easy to use as the standard Firefox bookmarking tool with a link to Scrapbook directly in Firefox's top toolbar row.

I use it as my primary bookmarking tool but has many features not found anywhere else such as the ability to preserve any site stored as an image plus every link down to 9 levels to safe keep valuable information that might not be available on sites you merely bookmarked.
**A must have.**

Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Had I been more proficient in the art of authoring Firefox extensions I had would have created this long ago.

I've always found the Toolbar Bookmark limited real estate space a huge headache by keeping Toolbar bookmark access highly inefficient due to to the awkward way it drops off at the end of the page.

In the old days of Firefox 2.0 when the amount of available extensions ran up to about nineteen hundred different add-ons it wasn't much of a deal to check them out every few eeeks but now running in the five thousand range I lose out on many great extensions I'll never get to see being impossible to get through them all.

I only discovered this very simple yet ingenious little design job by accident that I know is going to save more a lot of cumulative time.

Thank you so much for thinking like me, that is lke a genius.

Image Zoom

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

If it's about zooming any image in or out this is the one to install. It's configurable for any, every size, from thumbnail to full blown monitor size, even the increment increase/decrease can be customized, with many other cool features at your finger tips via the right click main context menu made even more better via menu editor.

I love Image Zoom and so will you.

Delicious Bookmarks

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Yahoo Delicious' very own add-on is the definitive add-on to install, the one that makes the very most of its newly upgraded, redesigned BM tool for even greater convenience, productivity.

Menu Editor

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Menu Editor is the very best of this category/niche
that allows for great customization of the main context menu and the various browser drop down menus for a wonderfully ergonomic layout configured to your specific, individual preferences, habits, priorities. There is some niggling dissatisfaction being unable to place certain items
within some menu lists and then there's the tab context menu I've never been able to have appear or the practically useless history menu that is absolutely no match for the browser history sidebar. But overall, I give it five stars.
