Doesn't work in FireFox 38.0.5. Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Nice thought, but doesn't work in FireFox 38.0.5 at all. Attempting to see options just shows YouTube videos to watch.

Previously great add on, but the latest one doesn't work at all?

Why on addons.mozilla is old addon? Latest version is 2.1.7, but many options not work. YT developer version is on github, but is not updated from 11Mai 2015

Github Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Github has the most up to date version. It's still somewhat broken, but sort of works.

Faulty add-on Rated 2 out of 5 stars

For some reason I get a black vertical bar to the left of the video screen, and I cannot see all the video.

Have tinkered with several options only to give up. Only thing worth noting is the removal of DASH playback, but it doesn't do any good when the quality is noticeably worse than before. I am on a legacy ADSL connection that only gets 1.5-3 MBs, and being able to buffer an entire video is crucial for me. Unfortunately my only options are to watch videos with DASH playback or just download them onto my desktop.

People who are having issues with this version, try its developer version here: https://github.com/YePpHa/YouTubeCenter/wiki/Developer-Version

Settings nonexistent Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The settings dialog just does not appear. There is no way to access the settings via the about:addons page either.
Without the ability to choose the settings, this addon is completely useless.

Bad for Firefox 37 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

For Firefox 37 this addon is useless.
For previous firefox versions, this script tended to cause crashes, I think it is due to opening up the main Youtube.com page where it then issues an open command for the interface. The problem with the Mina Youtube page is that it loads a ton of videos which then crashes the browser.

This addon would likely work much better if it had an options panel that is accessed from and within the about:addons tab like most other addons do rather than having to go to youtube.com.

I hope the developers will make these changes as the addon has some good features.

v2.1.0

I never had v2.1.7 so I can't say anything about that.

Тут застаріла версія Rated 5 out of 5 stars

тут застаріла версія, яка не працює на Firefox 37.0.1. Раджу зайти на сторінку розробника набравши у пошуку "YouTube Center Developer Version" тоді все буде працювати відмінно.

Urgently needs maintenance! Rated 3 out of 5 stars

On Firefox 37.0.1 at least the following functions do not work,
or errors occur:

- Grid Subscriptions (not working / faulty display)
- Shortcuts on Page (Causes error while writing comments)
- Faulty resolution under HTML5

The extension was great!
But in the current state, I can not recommend it...

YouTube Center version 2.1.0 vs 2.1.7 Rated 2 out of 5 stars

How can I get version 2.1.7 reinstalled? It was deleted with my other add-ons when I had to refresh Firefox. Now the only version I can find in Firefox is 2.1.0 and it does not work. My current Firefox version is 37.0.1.

When I look at my saved Firefox Profiles after the refresh, it only has version 2.1.0, which will not function at all. I screwed it up. I was able to install the YouTube Center Developer Build Version 497 on github, but not any other versions.....Any Advice? Need Help Please....

It works perfectly, but... Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Why only give me the option to see the videos of Youtube in 720p HD? I just tried everything, but the only thing that works is disabling Youtube Center, but, if i do that, the problem of DASH come back... there's some way to fix this problem?

Works perfectly fine ON Youtube, but God forbid I desire to watch a video on an embedded player.
When said embedded players are involved, no video will appear, and will instead be replaced by a black rectangle where it should be.
