Doesn't save site settings Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Maybe it's because it expects FireFox to exit without crashing, which is something that never happens for me. All about:config settings do survive crashes however and settings of this addon don't.
Thanks, you're right
I have written another addon that I use much more that this one, and it often loses its settings for a unknown reason. So it should be due the same reason. I will investigate about it.
Thanks a lot for this information, until now this problem has been a complete mystery.
edit: It is related to this Firefox bug:
On my side it happens now each time I log-off in Kubuntu. I would need to find another way to store the preferences. For a list of preference, I would have preferred to use the "simple storage" and not the "about:config" storage, but if there is not choice I will change it :-( When I have the time I will write a fix.

This add-on works well and gets the job done, without having to restart the browser like other, older extensions. It is an essential add-on now that site-specific user agent overrides have been removed from Firefox.
It really needs a list of pre-defined user agents so I don't have to go hunting for them to copy-paste each time. It could even automatically import the list from User Agent Switcher:
It would also be nice if it could integrate the functionality of User-Agent JS Fixer so that two separate extensions were not required.
If one day I have some time, I may just integrate the code from "User-Agent JS Fixer" (or I could change the license of ua-site-switch from GPL to MPL, so the author of "User-Agent JS Fixer" can integrate my code into his add-on).
Also proposing pre-defined user agents would be indeed nice, but for the moment the lack of motivation and time prevents me to do it.
Thank you for your feed back!
