Added a Firefox option to select whether opening a URL in a new tab switches to the new tab. This option is disabled in Thunderbird because all URLs opened from Thunderbird open in a new Firefox tab.

Added new feature: right-clicking on a regular, marked-up link adds a "Copy Link Text" option to the context menu. Invoking this option copies the text users click on (rather than the link location) onto the clipboard.
