Sparks Fly by BrianZ
Rotated photo I took on a beautiful but breezy moonlit night at the ocean (Outer Banks, NC) when my son tossed a firecracker into our fire on the beach, sending embers and sparks flying into the air. The wind blew them directly towards my camera (and missing it, but not by much), which was mounted on a tripod and set for a 4 second manual exposure at f/8, ISO-400, 24mm. I call it "Sparks Fly" because it reminds me of that great song by Taylor Swift. This was the last shot I took on our vacation and the one I liked the most. I felt lucky to capture this, because I doubt that we could ever do it again. See the full image here... http://www.fototime.com/FF86AFC9F963209/orig.jpg
