Is it possible to use a key other than space? It conflicts with another addon that uses space.

It actually works, thank you. One of my pet hates is clicking tiny page no. or next arrow in the forums.

If anyone is interested, you can use following script in FireGestures to send space key:

var evt = window.content.document.createEvent("KeyEvents");
evt.initKeyEvent(
"keypress",
true,
true,
null,
false, // holds Ctrl key
false, // holds Alt key
false, // holds Shift key
false, // holds Meta key
false, // presses a special key
" ".charCodeAt(0) // presses a normal key, e.g. "A".charCodeAt(0),
);
window.content.document.documentElement.dispatchEvent(evt);

lol Man... The 2nd most unexpected Add-on I found by luck and it's from you, again! Like the "Referrer Button." When I saw your name here, I was pretty sure somewhere I met you before...

Anyway... Wherever I tried the Add-on, works perfectly! Thank you, again!

Can you add the detection of "nex" (suivant) or "previous" (précédent) contained in the popups message (look like http://www.siteduzero.com) ?
thanks, great.

Pouvez-vous me donner une URL plus précise sur siteduzero.com ou alors m'indiquer la partie concernée (forums, tutoriels...)? Merci!

Any chance you can add an option that allows us to just click on our forward side mouse button to go to the next page? You could add an option for previous page as well, but give us an option to turn it on/off. I don't want it to conflict with the great extension Back To Close. Is that possible somehow?

"click on our forward side mouse button to go to the next page": I suppose that you have one of these mouses with lots of programmable buttons. Unluckily, I do not have/plan to buy one and therefore cannot test this function. So it's a definite "no" to your demand.

"add an option for previous page as well": it's technically possible but too time-consuming in terms of testing. Currently, I have to test two modes for next page: normal and append. Adding this option would double my amount of testing, which is already quite considerable. Again, it's a definite "no", sorry...

NOTE: next time, please use the "support site" for any suggestions. this part of the site is for reviews only ;-)

A really nice extension that does an almost perfect job at replicating one of my most missed features from opera.

There are occasional times when it doesn't work where Opera's FF does (eg, blogs/livejournals--some other things where the buttons are labeled "previous" and "next" rather than sequentially numbered), *but* I've never had it falsely send onwards, as Opera does sometimes.

Overall a wonderful extension--thanks so much for creating this!

I like the addon. But I need to use space twice- first it scrolls down, then it opens next page. Toolbar button works fine. An option to load pages under the loaded page (like Autopager) would be great.

I will consider adding an (hidden) option so that pressing "Space" opens the next page directly instead of doing the default "Page Down". Concerning the Autopager-like option, the answer is unluckily a definite no. For some Javascript-heavy sites (such as wired.com or gametrailers.com), loading/displaying the next page/set of data may be very complicated to do (not to say impossible) without referring to workarounds (as Autopager does with its "rules"). This addon is intended to be simple to use and generic and will remain as such.

The new "Space Next" tooIbar button in version 0.12 is a life safer, because the back navigation works correctly. I have always hated the "Autopager" extensions that would load the next page attached at the bottom of page, which would make you have to scroll up to one of the pages you were previously viewing instead of being able to click the back navigation button.

Works very well! I understand your desire for simplicity, but I'd like to request a small toolbar button - often times I am browsing with my hands away from the keyboard, or I want to go to the next page without having to press Space multiple times to get to the bottom first.

Hello and thank you for testing the addon. I will add a toolbar and a statusbar button in the next version.
