Email address for support doesn't work. Works okay on some sites, but not on others. For example, I have Site Delta configured to monitor two companies' job openings pages. Every morning when I boot up, Site Delta gives me a pop-up window notification that the pages have changed, but when I go to them, Site Delta's information bar above the page says "No changes found," which is the real case.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.11.1).
What to do against false positives
The support email address should work again, I forgot to transfer it when I changed my mail provider.
To find out why SiteDelta reports false positives for a page, you can select "Mark changes as seen" for the page from the sidebar. When you then visit the page and highlight changes, you will see the changes SiteDelta wanted to notify you about. You can then try to ignore the regions of the page where such false positives occur.
