This add-on is useful to prove that users are left to themselves with unsafe add-ons. Labelled years ago as "preliminarily reviewed" this add-ons is certified as 'have been checked by our editors to make sure they don't have security problems' Mozilla editors are wrong, this add-on has various security problems. As many times mentioned below, Show IP now includes another embedded spyware. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.4.1-signed.1-signed).

This plugin sells your traffic to advertisers, you can easily check that analyzing the created by browser strange connections, while this add-on is active. Beware, below you can find reviews with reasonable suspicions and unsubstantiated praise. It reminds me of something when the last two positive reviews on 28 November were made by people registered on that very day. In that way were made many previous positive comments. I believe that Mozilla should check certain IP addresses of the reviewers to prevent unfair developer practices. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206-signed.1-signed).
