I couldn't use it in Windows 7 anymore. For example, if I shorten a link like "http://www.ozaki.us/en/2010/ic858_icoatsillicone+/index.htm," it'd become sth like this, "<html>
<head><title>410 Gone</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>410 Gone</h1></center>
</html>" I don't know what to do.

Use Bit.ly credentials

Bit.ly is no longer allowing calls to its API without login credentials hence this issues. You will need to create Bit.ly login credentials on bit.ly website. Please enter bit.ly login credentials In Add-on -> Shorten URL -> Options.
With this the add-on works as before.
