Great add-on. use it all the time in FF 3.5. Any chance of a SeaMonkey 2.0 compatible version?

Great addon - should be bundled with Firefox! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Undoubtedly one of the best add-ons. Simple, very useful. I love such simplicity. I think this add-on should be bundled with Firefox, if not built-in, to increase the safety and ease of use of the browser.

I personally like the hidden autologin option. I was looking for an extension that would make logins require as few actions as possible. Secure Login's autologin reduced that to no action at all on sites I have only one username/password and a double click on a username on those I have multiple.

The only flaw I see is that the box that pops up on multiple login sites is only 4 usernames high and is not resizable. I have 6 gmail logins ;) That forces me to scroll inside it to get to all the usernames. It would be nice if the box adjusted its height based on the number of logins.

If I dont want using secure login (someone start my profile for browsing) at any page having saved passwords, FF show "enter master password" window. That is not inconvenient. I think that this window must show first time only if I click at secure login icon or button (autofill password option unchecked). And will be better have a option turn off secure login (now I must restarting browser for that). Thank you and sorry for my bad English ;)

I don't get it? Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Anyone can just browse to a website and click the Secure Login key. Where is the security in that?

Physical Access vs. network based access

To protect your passwords from anyone with physical access to your computer, you should enable a Master Password in Firefox Security preferences.
Secure Login improves the login process itself and helps to protect you from network based attacks:

More and more big sites are completely circumventing this extension's usability. Would like to see user editing enabled as previously saved data seems to be grandfathered in, but if you change anything (and who doesn't change passwords or usernames?) new info will not save to Secure Login.

Firefox password manager

Secure Login itself does not save nor manage passwords - this is done by Firefox integrated password manager.
If you change your password on the form provided by the website, Firefox password manager will usually update the saved password, too. This change will also reflect in Secure Login.

Not as good as Opera's Wand but it should be part of every Firefox/Iceweasel base install anyway.

//Update 2009-06-13: In response to the author's question, I don't know if SL is a little erratic or slow to recognize the login fields sometimes. Maybe I should blame Iceweasel's general slowness the low-end PC I was using for testing. I really don't know. I never had that problem with Opera.

The second issue is probably not your fault and has nothing to do with the Opera comparison. The keyboard shortcut wouldn't work no matter what I tried. I guess there is a conflict with Vimperator.

Anyway, as I said, Secure Login should be installed by default or merged into Firefox/Iceweasel.

Missing Opera Wand features?

I would be interested to know which Opera features you are missing in Secure Login?
Regarding security, Secure Login even beats Opera due to Secure Logins "JavaScript protection on login"-feature.

does not support http authentication Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The only reason I downloaded this extension was to be able to store passwords for multiple users with HTTP authentication dialogs like I can in Opera. It's a good extension for what it does, but still room for improvement in this area.
