Nice add-on, and now that WikiLook has stopped working with the change in Wiktionary formatting, it's probably the best choice.
To the developer (since I have no other means of contacting him):
Would it be possible to add as an option that QuickWiki also uses the same method of calling the popup that WikiLook uses? That is, instead of using a hotkey, just selecting a word and hovering over it for half a second brings up the popup window with the definition (please take a look of a more detailed description at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7675). Thanks!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.99.2). 

I'm familiar with WikiLook and that feature was left out of QuickWiki on purpose since it was too easy for the user to activate it accidentally. I might implement it and make it disabled by default, though.
