Part of Firefox for GNU/Linux too Rated 1 out of 5 stars

There's an inbuilt feature in Firefox for GNU/Linux that generates PDF files from the Menu Bar under "File - Print...." then select "Print to File".

Please change the description to: "This allows users on Windows to print web pages to PDF. GNU/Linux and Mac users of newer Firefox versions already have this functionality."

The developers email is dead too.

Sencillo pero poderoso Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Useful little tool (works Linux - FF 28) Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is a useful little tool to save to PDF. While it states that it targets FF 3, it has worked for me for a long time and still working on FF 28.

The only hassle is that you need to add the customary .pdf extension yourself.

Still works for me on Firefox 27 Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I've been using this for a while now. It still works for me on Firefox 27 if you turn off "hardware acceleration" in Firefox options.

Always Crashes Firefox Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Tried PrintPDF 3x, crashed FF 3x. However, found a different PDF creating extension that works like dream ... "Print pages to Pdf." Similar names, but a world of difference. Best to you!

A once-great extension that now crashes every time Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I've used this extension numerous times in the past, and it was excellent (kudos to the developer). Now, using it with Firefox 24.0, crashes every time :(

Crashes in latest Firefox when trying to print.

Please improve usage convenience Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Thanks to the developer firstly.A convenient add-on to save pages as pdf even offline, just what I need.I think why it doesn't work normally on some system might be no printer that support pdf printing installed, even you don't use such machine.I also found that it works on windows 7 or 8 by running firefox with compatibility mode for xp.I use this add-on often. Can developer add a shortcut and a default target directory to improve usage convenience?

Crashed my browser repeatedly, tried printing three pages from different sites. FF22.0

not necessary on linux, either Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Linux users, like Mac users, also are able to print to pdf. Just choose file -> print -> print to file, and choose pdf. Thus, this addon is not necessary for linux users.

Установил в Windows 7, при попытке отправить страницу на печать аварийно завершается Firefox. Увы, а такие надежды у меня были...

Works better than Acrobat ! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works better than Acrobat or any other printing utility that I have found for Web Pages.
One Thing - would like to see it install as an item under "Printers" so that it would work with "Print Edit" for FF.

Good, but.. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It’s good add-on, but the characters that is not available as filename, for example ‘/’ on Windows, should be replaced to other available character when saving pdf file.

Did not work at all Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I tried printing two different web pages, and none of the text showed up at all. What a waste of time.
