Doesn't work on Firefox 50.1.0 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I can't add the button to the toolbar.

Pressing 'e' when IETab enabled adds page to 'Read later' Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This is a bit weird behavior. I have a sharepoint page open using IETab and when I type my name which includes an 'e' character then it adds the page to Read later everytime I try to type 'e'.

Needs work Rated 3 out of 5 stars

In my opinion this needs:

- Option to separate some or all of the drop-down menu items out into separate toolbar icons, so that I can click once instead of twice to bookmark a page, or save a page to read later, etc. You can do this if you just use the bookmarklets, but not if you use the extension, yet the extension is the only way to use tab sets.

- Option to choose which of the save bookmark windows I want to use. For example, maybe I want it to open in the same tab instead of in a new window. Again, you can do this if you use the bookmarklets.

- The keyboard shortcut to bookmark a page (apparently Ctrl-D?) doesn't seem to work. (Firefox 28.0.)

Still needs work Rated 3 out of 5 stars

What is there works but for example I use the read later feature all the time. Also I made another bookmarklet that will mark the read later as private. I haven't seen any extension that implements the private read later.

So instead of having all the options in a dropdown if they were added as extra toolbar icons this would be much more useful. Also please add private read later.

Works mostly perfectly except I haven't gotten the keyboard shortcut to work so far.

Excellent. Once I discovered I can move the new button to an existing toolbar, so that it doesn't take up an entire toolbar all for itself, I was very happy.

Great service, lame extension Rated 1 out of 5 stars

First it's an ugly sized (which cannot be resized) pop-up window which actually loads a tiny web page to save the bookmark.

Fortunately, dev has added ctrl+d support failing which it would have been pretty much useless.

Some features he needs to consider:
1. Resize the CTRL+D pop-up window (or at least let users decide that).
2. Have a separate popup that has all the fields already there like URL textbox and other text boxes like for tags etc. The pop-up should immediately be visible unlike this webpage that loads in that tiny separate window. The focus should be in the text area for tags and once RETURN/ENTER key was hit the the pop-up should go away immediately and do the dirty work (syncing) in the w=background.
3. There should be all those bookmarks on the PC too just like any other bookmark extensions.
4. IF dev doesn't have time to implement this, he could just open the code for this extension(not the service) and instead of people making all those shiny Pinboard extensions which has either one feature or another can rather focus on one (and this is why API is not enough). (I am sure the dev can still count his gold coins)
5. Seeing the Google groups it's obvious the dev doesn't bother to respond. Looks like he already has too many gold coins :-)

Works ok most of the times Rated 3 out of 5 stars

My complaint is that when I click to save a bookmark, it doesn't grab the title of the page I'm seeing. At the new window that opens to save the bookmark it only says, "undefined" at "title". Please fix that! :)

Makes it very easy to send links to my favorite service. Easy to use with great options.

Disables Firefox ALT+D shortcut Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I use Firefox's native bookmarking with sync and I am very annoyed that this ADD-ON disables the shortcut with no option to turn it off. I have emailed the developer and I hope this is a bug, or a option to disable this is released.

Pinboard is a great service. Don't get turned off by the price, the price is what makes this service possible. It's great to see that a one-man-shop like this can survive in this competitive landscape. It's fantastic to be able to entrust your bookmarks to a service that you pay for up front and that doesn't sneak money out the back door by selling your information to advertisers.

I hope for a future with more small paid services thriving on the open web. Keep up the good work!

Pretty Good Rated 4 out of 5 stars

My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to support keyboard shortcuts. I would also like to just see my top 20 tags in the tag window. Thank you.
