EXCELLENT FIX FOR THE NEW 01-2015 PROBLEM WITH FLASHBLOCK AND YOUTUBE Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great Fix! The fix listed in the comment by Shinanai for Flashblock Add on, which references this Add on, Nuke Anything Enhanced, works great for the enormous problem which developed around 01-10-2015 regarding Flashblock Add on no longer working properly on YouTube videos.

This is a great add-on, and it's becoming more necessary as webpages are become more cluttered.

A suggestion for a new feature, please:

Remove the object that is clicked-on, when the Ctrl + Alt keys are also held down. (Or similar key combination.)

This would be quicker, and easier than repeatedly selecting from the context menu -- especially when removing multiple objects on a webpage.

Excellent add-on for hiding unwanted dialogs and such for printing or saving a clean web page to a file for archival purposes.

This add-on is incredibly useful to people with OCD like myself! Thanks!!!

Great extension.

Bug Fx 31: gContextMenu.isTextSelection is not a function. To fix replace "isTextSelection" with "isContentSelection" x3 in nukeanythingOverlay.js using a file archiver, like 7-zip.

Fixed

Thanks for the tip. This has been fixed in the current version.

Great for some websites. For others just not that great!

Exceptionally powerful tool to manipulate the web! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Allows you to remove basically any element from a site. Remove selected images, text, full screen cover screens (those that try to prevent you from viewing the content placed simply behind it)... and if you set Plugins to Click to Play (http://goo.gl/JmiiL7) you can remove select plugin elements then activate the elements of your choosing! Furthermore, if trying to load a long webpage and you only care for the items at a select portion of the page, highlight and remove de/select content while still allowing the rest of the page to load properly!

Indispensable Tool In the Battle Against Web Graffiti Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Eliminate whatever annoyance or distraction you desire on any web page. Very useful, practical in making the web just a little less intolerable regarding the things that are visually intrusive, dissonant with one easy click. I remember the day when 'Nuke This'' would make any change you made permanent. These days the change will endure only as long as the browser session lasts. Nevertheless, it hasn't lost a step nor its value as an indispensable tool in any web user's add-on repertoire.

Put you in control of what you see in your browser.
Great for removing clutter from a webpage you're reading.
The most useful addon for firefox I've found so far.

Stopped working with Firefox 16.0.1 but I've found out that you can do element removal via the "Inspect Element" option in the context menu. Not as simple as using this addon but better than nothing. I still miss "remove everything but selection"

Excellent for cutting out irrelevent parts before printing,
and also for tidying up webpages to your own liking.

One of the essential addons - along with adblock

Love this extension. Great for printing out only what I need to print, and so much easier to use than Print Edit.

html5 issues Rated 4 out of 5 stars

unfortunately it doesn't seem to work at hiding html5 elements, and the audio continues as though it was never hidden. It still works on ff15 though, which is pretty awesome!

Unpretentious and Lightweight Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Nuke Anything Enhanced is a small, simple extension providing an arguably impractical service.

Very useful, not everyday indeed, yet more often than I would have expected, from cleaning out clustered pages to removing annoying elements over the text you want to read, to isolating the little bit of page source you want to read in an ocean of html tags...

Essential Rated 5 out of 5 stars

One of the first extensions I install on every new Firefox I set up. So simple, but so helpful and well-executed! Ads aren't the only annoying things on websites, there's a lot you can't opt to remove automatically. Just select it, and it's gone in two clicks. My two main uses are removing NSFW elements of websites, so you can check out their information without making people suspicious of what you're doing =D — and preparing pages for printing. Most websites' print styles blow, and with Nuke Anything Enhanced you can simply do it yourself. Select the parts you want to print, choose "Remove everything else", and you've got a clean document that you can print. Priceless!
