Feature Request: VOLUME CONTROL Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love this add on, however I've noticed the volume of Navigational Sounds can only be adjusted by moving the FF volume slider on Windows Sound Mixer. This changes all FF generated audio, (Youtube Videos) so if the volume up to hear a quiet Video, "MENU POPUP!" will blow you away. Can you give Navigational Sounds a volume control relative to the other FF generated sounds?

Works now with Aurora 26 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Thank you for the answer.

OK, after updated your add-on, I've downloaded a file and I could hear the sound for download, that I couldn't hear before with Nightly and Aurora. I'm using currently Aurora 26, too.

Great add-on. Five stars.

Sound Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Works as it says, gives users the navigational sounds in Firefox. Web just doesn't feel right without them.

It's me again.
Not writing about Noise, But this time, Navigational Sounds.
Anyone remember the old Listerene mouth wash commercials; says what it does, does what it says?
This addon is exactly that;
It does only 1 job, but very nicely.
It plays your "local registry" sounds for a few key situations;
You can only change these sounds in the 'Sounds & Audio Devices' control panel screen.
If you're looking to choose your own sounds, get Noise instead.
For those simple people who just want a simply well-done extension, you'll be delivered that via Navigational Sounds.
Note "local registered" earlier;
This extension DOES NOT LET you change the sounds proper;
It only plays them.
For those of you looking for a more complete listening session of ear candy, get Noise;
I chose Noise over Navigational Sounds, however, because i want very fine grain control over what sounds i hear when; Emphasis on what and when, especially via filters.
I've got a Noise folder with sounds and a Noise.RDF file if you wanna go loud and proud.
For those of you wanting to see what Noise is all about, go to the add-on page for Noise:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noise/?src=search
Or for the official homepage proper,
http://www.bootleq.com/noise
Quick recap:
Simple listeners want Navigational Sounds;
Really complex ear-candied listeners want Noise.

Essential For My Situation Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Ever since I started to use this I absolutely loved it and I still do. I tried to find contact information so I could write to the developer directly but I have to do it here. This is one of the many functions Firefox should have natively. As a blind user who relies on sounds for guidance and confirmation this is essential to say the very least. Please maintain compatibility with the latest Aurora build, that is all I ask.

It would be nice . . . nicer Rated 3 out of 5 stars

if I could select the sound file other than the default file played by IE, or windows. Otherwise, thank you for the add-on.

Fantastic addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is such a brilliantly done addon. Can't use Firefox without it. Any plans for a similar one for Google Chrome, James Ross?

Hi!

I use this addon for ages. :)
Love it! I just wanted to notice that version 7.0.1 works well with Firefox 7 beta 1 without any problem or bug. So, a native Firefox 7 compatible version of this addon would be really nice. Thanks! I signed this with Addon Compatibility Reporter, as well.

Does what it says Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I always felt that the audio feedback of navigation in Browsers was an integral part of the experience, and so when this add-on was first introduced, I was glad to see it. A simple, excellent add-on which does what it states, and so 5 stars from me.

REQUEST: Can you please upgrade this add-on for Firefox 4.0b7
