I hate to say it, but this isn't a nutcase review. The author doesn't reply to support emails. I've sent at least 2 reporting the referral issue bug. I received no reply. There is no support forum for people to contact the authors and receive a general help post. Nothing but a contact email that I think the author is probably neglecting to check for people who emailed him/her for help and received none. Examples of bad customer support. Yes the addon gets updated for the newest versions of firefox the fastest, but also the version with unfixed bugs that remain unfixed and ignored. Snaplinks on the other hand, the current maintainer has updated it and worked out the kinks and addresses the concerns and bugs encountered with the addon and tries to fix it. So make your own conclusions about which is the better addon. Multilinks or Snaplinks.
We aren't supposed to post bug reports in a review, but where in the world can we contact the author and not be ignored?
