Why was the target app setup for SeaMonkey disabled in install.rdf? This extension works in SeaMonkey. I removed the comment markers from the install file, bumped up the max version, and got it to install.

I have used this for a substantial time without a problem. It is worthy of 5 stars. For 4 days it has not worked. Any ideas?

I tried several add-ons with similar functionality and found this one the best.

Great if you need it Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Great tool if you need it, I'm kind of baffled by all the people that review it as "dont know what it does" "does nothign" or similar, didn't they read the description before they installed it?

Only negative thing about it is the button, it stretches my toolbar (vertically) so much that I dont have it in there and to enable/disable it is a bit cumbersome without. Still use it as it's the best alternative out there but could be better.

Decent enough addon, but not what I was looking for. I'm trying to find a way to ignore headers sent from the server, to stop firefox from acting on them. Specifically, X-Frame-Options. (I don't need to be babied by mozilla, and I want to use iframes in one of my personal projects)

Excellent Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Kuddos for M Gareth Hunt, this extension is very simple and incredibly usefull!
(well, provided you need to MODIFY HEADERS in the first place ^_^ I can't believe the amount of noobiness, navel-gazing and arrogance combined in a few comments).
Just open it from the "Web Developer" Menu, clic "Help" and you're started. Takes less than a couple of minute if you know e.g. the headers you wanna modify :-D

Excellent piece of work, and ridiculously useful. This saves me a lot of time where I would otherwise have to use a telnet client and manually enter an entire request, or use Fiddler, which is still time-consuming.

Thank-you for getting my butt out of a sling with this.

Excellent tool!
Just the thing for Vodafone's insidious lossy image compression and nasty javascript injection.
Now I can see high resolution images again!

This is a horrible add-on for the layman. You need to be a computer programmer of the highest ilk in order to figure out how to use it.

Exactly WHAT is this add-on supposed to do? I installed and enabled it and ..... it's as if I did nothing. No icon. No button. No anything. So whatever it's supposed to do, the result equaled zero. (System: Mac OS X 10.6.8)

I can test my header-based asp login with this. I would like an icon for easy enabling / disabling, though.

Firefox 10 removed Accept-Charset, but my horde-based webmail still wants it (or it would show ASCII only), so this extension is very helpful! I couldn't find the "Start" button the first time, but I tried the extension the next day and found it. Misusing a picture in a toolbar as a pushbutton is bad design. The start button should be next to other buttons, maybe with a "1 in 0" icon. Perhaps "start on browser startup" checkbox would be nice too, as the button doesn't give confidence that it would happen. Also, the addon toolbar is stretched vertically by the extension. The author should look at AdBlock Plus, which takes less vertical space in the addon toolbar by placing the arrow to the right of the icon, not below it.

Thanks for the great feedback. I'm working to improve how the addon toolbar is used by MH, a new version will be out soon.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "1 in 0 icon". Please open a bug http://bit.ly/eppJxg to provide more details.

Great add-on, GREATEST developer. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Left a review saying that it wasn't working for me, got precisely the reply I needed ("Turn it on." Boy, I feel silly now.) Now that's service!

This user has a previous review of this add-on.

No longer working Rated 3 out of 5 stars

No longer working in the N-Europe when trying to access US video sites. Shame.

Open the main Modify Headers window and click 'Start' so the icon turns from grey to red.
