Crashed TB 7.0.1 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I installed it, set up all manner of appointments, but on reboot got the "Sorry, Thunderbird has crashed" message. Only by diving down into C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\6ds3a1fl.default\extensions and removing the {e2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103} folder in its entirety (thus removing the extension) was I able to get TB to work again.

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64, TB 7.0.1, fully patched

*UPDATE* Reinstalled Lightning and it seemed to work through the reboot. Perhaps a one-time bug?
