Meet the Internote Developer

Why was Internote created?

As a long-standing user of Tim Horton's Internote2, I missed the ability to use Internote on Firefox3. In early 2009 I set about learning extension development to make it work again, but soon discovered that in Firefox3 it was extraordinarily hard to display notes over the webpage in a secure manner. Doing a proper job took a long time and Internote needed to be largely rewritten to solve this and other major problems with its internal design.

Eventually I came out the other side with a version of Internote that does the job, fixes long-standing bugs and introduces often-requested features. I hope you enjoy it.
