The Go Button WITHIN the URL Window Is Broken, But External Button Stable =) Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Do not use the arrow button type that is within the URL window. It is FLAKEY & half the time does not work. Use the external 'round green' button instead = stable =) The monumental idocy of humanity is proven once again by the Firefox staff, removing soemthing as basic, essential, & common-sense as the 'go' button. It's almost as dumb as putting tabs above the address bar (llike needless extra mouse travel & confusing is a GOOD thing? ROFL!!)

Fantastic, essential add-on. I hope the developer updates it to work with Firefox 5. Show Go is nice, too, but I prefer having the Go button outside the location bar.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've been looking for the classic button style of the back and forward button for ages. Haven't found any that I liked, but this suites all of my needs. This is an amazing add on. Thanks again. =)

Wonderful! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I use this with stratastripe theme, so now have the original firefox theme. Wonderful - the best theme!

This Extension, in conjunction with the patrickjdempsey Extension Combine Buttons and the Brand Thunder Extension Canvas, gives me the resources to mock up new Theme ideas. With Reload, Stop and URLBar advanced-combined, the Go, Stop and Reload icons use the same location in the URLBar at need. Go always appears for a New Tab, which is intended behavior.

Ideally, the Go icon should appear whenever I type in a hyperlink manually, but that behavior may be difficult to code due to possible conflicts elsewhere in Firefox. Overall, well done.

I think ever since Firefox 2.0 came out, people have been looking for a one-stop-shop for Retro browsing features. Real-Fox Extension does it! With a host of features drawn from NCSA Mosaic, early Internet Explorer versions, early Netscape Navigator versions and even older Firefox versions, this is a great companion extension for ANY retro theme!

It gave me the functionality that I forgot I was missing. Tested using Windows Vista and Fedora 12 and it works perfectly.

It's a go button, all right, but it's rather big and clumsy. It would be much prettier and less space demanding if it wasn't attached to the address-bar. Perhaps inside the address-bar instead? Then it wouldn't take up so much space on the navigation toolbar and closer to the URL you want to navigate to.

will be fixed in version 0.006 - [fixed]

Dear Ghoulem,

Thanks for the relevant review.

You will be more free in customizing the space occupied by Go Button in version 0.006, as the following will be present:
* new option: go-button label. After updating, it will be "" = no label. Input anything you want. Maybe, not in English :)
* new option: go button image can be absent

The expected date of publication of the 0.006 version is March 2010.

Best regards,
Gryllida.

Version 0.006.1 published in 2009, on November 27th. Thanks for your feedback, it has been addressed. If not fully - place make further comments.
