A good old no-nonsense tool Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The title says all. It is good. But I think time has come to include support for HTML5 videos.

This is a useful little add-on! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I usually used to kill the advertisements.

This extension is perfect for my need.. :-)

Nice idea. Too bad it doesn't work. Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Like a previous reviewer, I am using it on a W7 computer. It simply does nothing.

doesn't work for Windows 7 64-bit Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This add-on has no effect (i.e., does not work) using Windows 7 64-bit.

Good addon Rated 3 out of 5 stars

But it lacks an important feature, it does not remember your block choices.
When you block flashs on a site, next time you must re-block it again !
It should remember block actions between sites.

it works. Better when being able to bring flash back to life, too.

Good...

Please Update Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I really want to like FlashBlock, but the toolbar icon size bug hasn' been fixed for a long time. Two Email and no reply from Devs. Icon for FlashBlock is not as elegant as Chrome.

I really hope some update could be done. We dont want Chrome's Add on leap ahead of Firefox

Great addon! There is no other addon that can do what this one does. It lets you load the page, just the way it was intended, then turn off annoying stuff if there is any.

1.3 works in 4.0 release if you disable compatibility checking with Nightly Tester Tools.

Very effective, but needs one option. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This addon does exactly as advertised and instantly kills all the flash objects on a page. However, there is one option I would like to see and that would be the ability to always hide the flash object replacement image.

Mais enfin !.. Rated 2 out of 5 stars

L'ami !.. Il faut que le masquage puisse se faire de manière automatique !
Sinon ça n'a pas d'intérêt !

I like it. Was looking for a simple extension to easily block stuff embedded on pages (already use the QuickJava extension to block Javascript and Java).

Some suggestions:
1- Keep flash enabled/disabled according to selected state (so one doesn't need to press the button every time we reload or open a new page).
2- Use different looking icons depending on flash on/off state (like QuickJava)

OK! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It took me about 1 minute to find where the add-on button after installing this Add-on.

Maybe you should design a better button.

BTW, it's great!

Very limited- all or nothing. That means I can't block loud ads on the same page of flash movies I wish to see.

Flash Killer 1.2.1 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Total katastrof! Det var det sämsta jag varit med om tyvärr. För varje sida man laddar, så MÅSTE man klicka på killflash. VARFÖR? Då är det ju helt meningslöst. Spywareblaster i IE funkar ju klockrent. Katastrof Mozilla Firefox!!! BUUUUUU!!!!

Hi there!
Do you think it's possible to make a blacklist?
I already asked it to flash block, but they don't seem to be interested.
My ideal script would be the exact opposite of flash block: I see every flash, unless I disable them. If I disable a flash permanently, from that moment going on it should be replaced with the classic "flash block" button, that allows me to play the script once just by clicking on it... not sure if I was clear ...hope so :)

if this works like it says and is not just a add-on created so they advertise some crappy program you have to buy or the add-on is practically useless I hate those ,but with java script add-on to turn java on or off at a click and this add-on no more problems with browser freezes because of multiple automatic page loading !
