Out of the frying pan, into the fire Rated 1 out of 5 stars

If v2.0.18 broke things, v2.0.19 appears to've made things even worse.

Seriously guys, WTF? Are you getting paid to kill off this once-wonderful extension?

The new firebug Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Is very, very BAD... don't functional

The new firebug has been crushed Rated 1 out of 5 stars

confused Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I am confused by the recent update of firebug.. it is integrated with inspector and the normal functions which make firebug console better than chrome are gone, like persist button, and the plus sign with tree like structures.

when I try to roll back, I was successful.. but then on a restart the integrated version returned... I tried to get used to it, but alas I had to develop with chrome last week.

This morning I added back my developer toolbar for its features (chrispederick).. then I started firebug and the version I am used to started (with normal console, persist button, and tree like plus signs)... point is I am very confused as to how each is being started.. and how can I keep the old one!

update: I thought I had the old console back.. but it is NOT working.. the 'console.log('stuff') is not working in the js.

in the console I get: console.log('hello world'); undefined

seriously guys... please revert back to when firebug actually worked.... on to chrome and PaleMoon for now :(

Nothing work anymore Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The New Firefox Developer Edition Debugger Sucks! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Please return back to FireBug. It is hard to find javascript functions. I just did a search, and there is no search buttons, like up and down arrows. I have searched for a function that I just was able to go to a minute ago. Now, when I hit the enter key, nothing happens. I should be able to put my mouse over a variable and have the debugger tell me the value. I have put a break point at a jquery $.post line, and the debugger does not stop. My experience with FireBug was much more friendly and easier to use. In some situations, I am having to go to Chrome and use their debugger any order to step through my JavaScript. I applaud your efforts in trying to having a debugger that is include Firefox, but in my opinion this version of the debugger is no where near ready for production use.
