Installed for goo.gl shortening, but does not work one bit. Didn't try the others as my friends wouldn't trust those.

Google url shortener no longer works Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Was great but the Google url shortener is broken in Firefox 48.
is.gd still works but I'd much prefer to be using Google.
Was good, until it stopped working Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Now I am using the addon "Shortly URL Shortener". That works.
Broken in 46.0.1 Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I don't know why, but Firefox 46.0.1 broke this addon. It's a great addon when it works, though.
Great addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is a great addon, thanks!
Very useful and saves time, the only thing I can't manage to make it work is the plus shorteners.
Wonderful addon. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Missing ability to specify the URL name (bitly for example) Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Good idea but it lacks the 2 most important features I wanted.
1. I don't want to just copy the current link and have it on bitly! I want to click the scissors, have a dialog pop up, and be able to name the shortened link - like a bookmark. For example Amazon-Saxophones. It should tell me if the name is already taken. I should also have a prefix specified so all my links might start with SF- for example.
2. on that same interface, it needs to show me a list of what I've linked to recently, and ideally a popup of all my links organized and sortable by when and the name/title, website, etc.
3. you should be able to right-click and do this also.
Doesn't work on FF44 Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Wonderful handy tool. Loved it until it stopped working on FF44.
Developer(s) please fix!!
Hope cutyfox will support e10s soon Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I tested cutyfox on latest firefox 44b6 w. e10s enabled, unfortunately there was no shortened url generated, but disbled e10s will help. (add'l : not only cutyfox, but also other url shortener with the same problem, and all of them havn't been updated more than a year or even twice.)This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Love this addon, but doesn't work fully at the moment Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I really appreciate the work the dev has done on this extension, and would ordinarily give it 5 stars, as it's incredibly useful and convenient. However, as others have pointed out, it doesn't work when configured to use goo.gl or bit.ly (although it does work when j.mp is enabled for bit.ly, which is what I'm using to make it work).
I really hope it's fixed soon, or that the options that don't work are removed.
goo.gl doesn't work, bit.ly doesn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Icon is Greyed Out when using goo.gl? Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Recently, my scissor icon is always greyed out. I always use goo.gl. I had to change to bit.ly and now it appears to be working okay. I would like to use goo.gl, so please look into this problem.
Custom shorten link Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Possibility to creat custom shorten link with is.gd for example.
Great addition! But goo.gl... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Fast, beautiful, the ability to disable notifications - very convenient!
Shortening service links j.mp / is.gd / mcaf.ee - running cool.
But GOO.Gl, unfortunately, no.
The icon in the address bar permanently gray, which would link does not open.
On the pop-up menu - the same problem.
I waiting when it will be fixed!
Thank you for your work!
Great! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works just great.
My only real complaint is that although you can decide whether or not the icon will show up on the toolbar, address bar and status bar, you can't disable it from showing up in the (right-click) context menu. That's the one place I don't want to see it, because I already have plenty of addons that put something in the context menu and it gets really cluttered.
Here's just another improvement idea: How about right-clicking on the button in the address/tool/status bar to access the options and/or quickly change the shortening service?
Oh, and the scissors icon may not be the best idea - people associate it with “cutting” stuff rather than copying. (Okay, I may be overgeneralizing. :) )
