Does Its Job Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Have had Converter installed for quite a while. It does its job and usually stays out of the way until needed.
Since the last update, it keeps telling me I need to configure it, although I did configure it after the download (and reboot). That takes off a star.
A good add-on should be silent and unseen when not in use.
Bug or misunderstanding
I'm sorry to hear you're encountering difficulties with Converter -- what you're describing is not the intended behavior. All you (should) need to do in order to get rid of that notification is open the Converter options and click OK (you don't *really* need to configure anything, although that's the purpose). You don't need to reboot your system; you don't even need to restart Firefox. However, (1) you have to do this with Converter 1.2.3 or later already installed, and (2) you have to press the "OK" button in the configuration window; pressing "Cancel" will not do it.
Please let me know if the notification keeps showing after performing this step, I'm genuinely interested in understanding and fixing this.
