Works as advertised, but creates a problem, it somehow disables window and HTML5 form resizers.

Exactly what I needed! This is the best context search extension for Fx!

Muy recomendable Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Me encanta este complemento, es de mis favoritos, debería venir por defecto en Firefox, es muy útil.

Nice, with a couple of flaws Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works fine as long as you have a reasonable number of search engines. My only complaints are that it doesn't work with editboxes/textareas, and that you can't reach the menu using the keyboard (the highlight skips the menu item).

Real good ... but:
Since I have very many search engines I use the "Organize Search Engines" add-on. This allows to organize the search engines in folders. It were great if Context Search RG could correspond with this add-on to show the folder tree. Otherwise it's too unclear.

I really like the idea, but while it can't to work inside textboxes, no way I can to leave the "Context Search" addon, sadly. And, as others mentioned, it need yet more options for to control the opening of tabs (open in background, etc.)

About the problem with MenuEditor, it isn't the fault of Context Search RG. Menu Editor isn't compatible with the new splitmenus added in Fx4, and, seriously, I doubt it will soon be (having a single update in the last 3 years...)

Option to open the new tab in the background and this add-on will be perfect to me.

Nice - I like the on-click access to your default search engine that "Context Search" doesn't have.

One problem I noticed is that it doesn't display separators like "Context Search" can (separators are added with the "Organize Search Engines" extension).

PS: as another commenter mentions, you can't search from a text box - the alternative "Context Search" add-on can search from text boxes, so obviously this useful feature isn't impossible to implement.

It makes searching conveniently. And is it possible to add an option to open the new tab in the background?

Found another problem. It doesn't work in text boxes.

Sadly, that can't be fixed - the default Firefox "search" option doesn't exist in a textbox. If that makes it three stars, I suggest using another addon.

not compatible with menu editor Rated 5 out of 5 stars

really nice add-on, very helpful, but unfortunately not compatible with menu editor

Good! Could you please add "Search on this site"?
