Doesn't work on Linux Mint 14 Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Well--I eat my hat, Kale. I swear that late last night there were no CifFix options at the top of the comments sections. <guesswork> Normally Linux doesn't require a full restart to make changes. But I've just turned my computer on for the first time since last night and it's working fine. Maybe requires a complete restart? </guesswork>
So now let me add to the thanks for giving us a way of reversing an irritating change imposed on us by the Guardian's IT overseers.
Thanks for coming back - who knows? A couple of other people have reported this problem since your post, and I've just released v.27 with the newest SDK; however, it looks like your problem resolved itself before that. If you have any more bugs, please drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hi, can I check what you're seeing - you'll not notice much difference on a thread where no nesting has happened, for example. If there has been nesting, fold/unfold buttons will appear beside nests; and in all cases, you should have a new drop-down control alongside the sort-order dropdown allowing you to switch between nesting and timestamp view (which again has little effect unless there's been some nesting).
