Edit 07-29-2012: As before, I still like it & used it for yrs. Problem of Ask For Sanitize window not closing seems to have "disappeared" after upgrading to Fx 14 - so far. Impossible to say (now) whether was a change in another extension or new Fx version that helped. Had very few extension upgrades between Fx 13.0.1 & 14, so my * guess * is some Fx 14 change helped it start working correctly again. I used same profile for Fx 14 as in Fx 13.

Didn't have time to test AFS w/ all other addons disabled (or in clean profile) before Fx 14. Still don't know why Mozilla decided to stop having the Clear Data window appear.
End of Edit.

Same here. A few weeks ago (possibly w/ Fx 13??) started having to click OK to "sanitize" at Fx shutdown several times to get it & Fx to close. Thought v2.1 update might fix - but didn't.

Uninstalled AFS, d/l fresh copy of 2.1 & reinstalled - same issue. Sometimes clicking OK many times won't close AFS UI - must Esc. Sometimes after hitting Esc or click outside AFS UI, Fx closes, but AFS UI persists.

Besides that, have used it several yrs & been very happy

I started using this addon right after Mozilla removed the screen to ask if & what you wanted to del when closing Firefox. I find it very useful because I don't always want to del private data if I'm just restarting Firefox. No idea why Mozilla thought it was good to remove that feature.

Never had a problem w/ this addon conflicting w/ anything that I use. Unless you want to delete all your cookie permissions, DON'T check "Site Preferences" to clear - this will clear all cookie permissions. I don't know why Mozilla (and Ask for Sanitize) used the term "site preferences" in the clear private data screen, when they are actually "permissions," stored in, what else, the "permissions.sqlite" file. Kinda misleading.
