Works in FF 33.2, thank you!

SuperSwitch

smaller toolbar button Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Pretty please, make the toolbar button smaller. Make the word "SuperSwitch" the button's label so users who want to see it can do so by selecting show "icons and text" in their toolbar customization panel. Other users (like me) would select "icons" and have the button occupy only as little space as possible. I need my toolbar screen estate for other things.

Or alternatively, to reduce the screen consumption even more, add an address bar icon that would only be visible for sites for which a rule is defined. Other add-ons of this type do it that way.

Thanks.

Urimod

open in new tab Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Could you please add an option to open the replacement url in a new tab? Ctrl click on the icon, or a checkbox to the rule definition (see SuperSwitch).

I also vote for hiding the options icon from the address bar. You could add a regular toolbar button instead which would be optional for users. I wouldn't use it myself because I use Extension Options Menu add-on for easy access to add-ons configuration.

One more suggestion: One rule for both ways. Currently I have to define two rules for each server if I want to be able to switch from dev to live and from live to dev. I would like to do with just one (when possible). I realize that this would be difficult or impossible with some regular expression rules but for instance:
(www.)?server.com dev.server.com
could quite easily be interpreted as
dev.server.com server.com
without me having to define the rule explicitly. You see where I'm heading.

Anyway, thanks for a new take on this issue, there still isn't an extension that would provide a full featured switching between servers.

Automatic Dictionary

I was waiting years for this! Awesome.

KeeFox

Great companion to KeePass. I hope to see keyboard shortcuts and features of SecureLogin add-on.

Scan'Mail

great app Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Works as advertised. For those who are having issues with charset (characters with diacritics and accents) go to the extension settings and flip the checkbox for UTF-8.

SmtpSwitch

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great extension, thank you. I wish there was some visual clue for which SMTP server is the current default. I.e. which server will be used if just click the Send button. Something like a checkbox next to the server name in the button drop down menu.

Quick Folder Move

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A very handy extension. I have many folders, one for each project. I spend quite some time filing e-mails and this extension makes it much easier. Thank you!

Is It Compatible?

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was also longing for a Thunderbird version so I tried hacking install.rdf - and guess what, it worked.

The same way you fake maxVersion for abandoned add-ons, you can also add Thunderbird as a targetApplication.

Here's what you need to add into install.rdf next to Firefox targetApplication:

<em:targetApplication>
<Description>
<em:id>{3550f703-e582-4d05-9a08-453d09bdfdc6}</em:id>
<em:minVersion>3.0</em:minVersion>
<em:maxVersion>3.1.*</em:maxVersion>
</Description>
</em:targetApplication>

Open With

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love the buttons in the tab bar - they look so sexy. Thanks for making it work with Tabs Mix Plus. And I like the Open With icon - very creative.

To Chris Pike:
No extension can install on its own without you approving it. This is Firefox, not IE. I guess you installed a collection and Open With was included in it. Or someone installed it for you and forgot to mention it.

To Geoff Lankow:
The only issue I've had was that it auto-detected two Chrome browsers (I just have one). Fortunately, I've been able to remove one of the Chrome icons by using the hidden config feature. I entered "chrome.exe" and lucky enough, only one Chrome icon disappeared. I have no idea what the other icon links to (if not chrome.exe) but the process that is eventually running is chrome.exe. I don't really care what's behind this but if you want help with debugging drop me a note at petr.pavel (-at-) pepa (-dot-) info.

Thanks for this extension.

URL Swap

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great extension, I use it a lot.
It would help to introduce some right-click options:
- quick jump to add a new definition with current tab's server filled in
- quick jump to Preferences

Display Contact Photo

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A great add-on, makes my friends' e-mails much more personal. One thing I would appreciate a lot:
to hide the photo if I switch to compact mode via extension CompactHeader. (It's the +/- icon.)
Thanks in advance.

Curacao

I like it but the old version was better Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Please revert changes to what it was before 2008/06/04. To give you an example, I don't like the large areas of uniform colour (active tab) and pop up windows' colour.
