Just wow Rated 5 out of 5 stars

All I can say is Wow, how did I not find this earlier (true I was not looking)? I have been a happy Pidgin user for many years but I will be switching full time to Thunderbird + this addon for all my communication needs. Please keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more protocols added (would love to see Skype added).

Doesn't work with Google 2 factor authentication Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Isn't this a plugin? If not, then make one. As for Google talk working in TB chat it doesn't. If I use the application specific password it complains "Error: Received unexpected data" and never gets through.

Works well and straightforward to setup. I can now chat through MSN on Thunderbird. Hopefully someone will find a way to do Skype next!

does not work Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This add on is not working at all for me, only the default IM are appearing in my set up wizard. Dunno why. Was thinking that it was corrupted because the file i downloaded was 2.9mb and the size shown on this page is 9.2mb.

Edit: Didnt work at 1st because i didnt notice norton removed something. Works fine now.

If you know your download is corrupted, what about just downloading it again? :-)

Nice Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I was hoping AIM protocol support would be added to Thunderbird. It was simple to set up my account and now I can be signed in automatically when I open Thunderbird.

Great Add-on, But.... Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It worked for about an hour and then Norton security software decided it was a risk and crashed it. Now it will no longer let it be installed.

Excellent! Was Hoping for this!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Was waiting for the Yahoo Chat function, and now I'm set! As is part of the YM protocol, online status "invisible" function would always be welcome in the future, in addition to "busy". Regardless, thanks for the additional chat function!!
