Slightly broken FFox 34 - 36 (as of April 6, 2015) Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I know the rules state problems shouldn't be submitted via reviews, but the support site no longer exists.
As far as I can tell Interclue works perfectly through FFox33 - and I consider it to be one of the half-dozen most important addons I use. It probably saves me an hour/day to say nothing of reducing the mousing my poor RSS fingers endure.
However, starting in FFox34, the icon option that pops up next to a link - and on which one clicks if one wants a preview - no longer exists. It is still possible to use Interclue by changing the option from "icon" to "link", but the problem there is timing. If you make the "time until the preview appears" too short, it will appear whenever one hovers, no matter how briefly, over every link and even every tab. If one makes it too long, so that it doesn't appear all the time, it means waiting when one wants a preview.
I've tried unsuccessfully to contact the developer. I do not know his situation, but if anybody can reach him, please do so.
Alternatively, maybe a developer would be interested in taking over the project. This is truly an exceptional addon.
Needs improvement Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Works fine in FF 36.0.1. We NEED 2 improvements: 1. (mentioned before) to open link in itself, no new tab (see below). 2. I spend same time to arrange the inteclue window as I read it. It is so annoying!! Please do as Cool Previews does to remember window position and placement. Thanks - A life saver add-on!This user has 3 previous reviews of this add-on.
not functional! Rated 1 out of 5 stars
was great, but it works no more in FF 36.0, sadly !
Please, please, do something.
No longer functional Rated 1 out of 5 stars
As of Firefox 34.0 — but possibly earlier — Interclue is no longer working at all. That is to say, the icon to preview the link doesn't appear, rendering the add-on unusable.
I would also like to second Dan's suggestion for nested previewing.
Very bad lately Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Interclue is really bad lately. Not opening is my main problem. I think of stop with Interclue but will wait a few days to see of things will better.
Quite a time saver. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Quite a time saver.
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
A humble request. Please add a function to allow the addon to work on only a whitelist of websites. I would like to use it only on Wikipedia. (And maybe only Google search and Amazon).
That would make it much more usable for many users, including me.

This is a great add-on.
However, for me what it really really needs is an option to only show the hover icons when a key is pressed. e.g. shift+mouseover shows the icons.
Interclue's Hover Clue option Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I had to turn off this new option because on one link in an application that I use often, hovering over the link acted as if I clicked on the link. When I turned off Hover Clue, that deviant behavior stopped.
I love it ..but Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is a great add-on. I did discover it can interfere with downloads. It stops the download after a few kilobytes. Not all the time but about 1 in 3.. enough to be an annoyance.
Useful add-on, beta Hoverclue feature breaks pdf downloads Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I like Interclue, very useful extension. I like it mainly for identifying linked filetypes and expanding shortened links.
The beta Hoverclue feature breaks pdf downloads. I don't know if it breaks any other filetypes because I had to disable it. Hoverclue is not essential functionality, and it is labelled a beta feature. I'm mentioning the problem in this review to help anyone else avoid the lengthy troubleshooting I went through to identify the cause.
A good idea but... Rated 2 out of 5 stars
It doesn't quite work. The pages never load in the preview window and when you change the load time to 20 seconds and above (from 10) it just sits there spinning for 60 seconds. Also, the pin button is there inconsistently. It's usually not there, except for 1 out of 10 times. Maybe I'll try this again once it's improved.
The only thing that I like about this is that it uses less memory than cool previews (which I will unfortunately have to go back to, unless you have a better link preview suggestion), that surprises me though since lazarus form recovery uses so much memory that it crashes ff.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
My one gripe about this product is that I can't move the Interclue toolbar item: I don't want it on the Add-on Bar at all, but I can't move it when I'm in Customize Toolbar mode.
Great addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars
thanks i liked it. it had all the features i need.
InterClue vs. CoolPreviews Rated 3 out of 5 stars
CoolPreviews is my preference. It offers a temporary bookmark stack and is easier to use and configure (because it has fewer features perhaps; InterClue's features aren't that useful for my purposes).
Both are good and both are MISSING A TEXT SEARCH FUNCTION WITHIN THE PREVIEW WINDOW!
Must have addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars
It's early days yet, but so far I'm delighted with this software on FF 5.0.1 and Windows 7. I'm on a slowish satellite broadband connection and I think this could well be a timesaving alternative to opening new browser tabs.
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Everything is faster now,and smooth.Have a go and few will be the times you'll like to disable it.
Great help Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Interclue is a great add-on that have helped me and loads of firefox users to preview webpages REALLY FAST.
I think every one should have interclue enabled because it really make navigation faster and easier.
Try it out, you´ll like it.
So sad Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This was one of my favorite add-ons and I find it so sad that it now doesn't work. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer, but all good things must come to an end. I cannot get it to work at all now. I hope the fix will come as an update very soon. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6.2).
Working strange Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Strange, since it wasn't working correctly, I disabled it. Then it says to restart Firefox, but I didn't do this yet and Interclue seems to be working normal.
But if I restart Firefox, it will really disable it.
